Very disappointed on how my pizza looks. Marco’s is my go to pizza spot and I always tip because I know they have quality pizza but the pizza I received had maybe 4 pepperonis, filled with sauce and hardly any cheese. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I will definitely it be returning to this location they lack consistency in the Marco’s brand.
I will NEVER go to this location again. I walked in and the young lady just looked at me and didn't say a word (I spoke to her). I am all about customer service so I left without ordering.
I love this Marcos location they never fail me yet I wish I could upload the video I took because my pizza look so good and taste even better the pictures i uploaded is not of good quality because I end up eating the pizza after the video I couldn’t wait to take anymore pictures so these are screenshots of the video I took lol the pizz I had was have sausage with pineapple and the other hlf was all meat so yummy
I did my mobile order to carry out at 8:30pm, I arrived 8:29 at the store and I have been waiting for my order all this time over 30 minutes and still am in the store waiting I have NOT PICKED my order yet like it says on that screenshot! This is the 3rd time that this happened to me. So freaking disappointed Marco’s
The pizza was good, and the service was amazing.
Customized our pizza and it was made perfectly. Wings were on point and ordered salad.?? Great service.
I appreciate the staff for showing up. I really do.. they were nice enough.. Someone needs to show them how to make a pizza though. This taste.like less than dominoes ..dry as a dessert little cheese and a mound of crust. I am literally chiking on this pizza. I feel ripped off. I won't order from this location again. I have had much better from Marcos and expect recipe consistency at each restaurant.
Great customer service at this location. I love the team here. They always treat my nicely. They are not afraid to go above and beyond for their customers.
It’s just hard to believe that if it takes less then 5 mins to get to the location near my home then we are out of the delivery area when I have seen several of my neighbors get Marco’s pizza delivered to there home then for the rep that answered the phone to say he saw my address in the system take my order then put me on hold to come back and say we are out of the delivery area tells me that this location cannot be trusted so I’ll just take Marco’s off the list of eateries and I’ll also inform my neighbors that if they don’t wanna deliver then Marco’s will tell a LIE
Bought 4 pizzas and they all were delicious! Great service and nice staff
