It just seemed like the hostess was pretty unenthusiastic about doing her job and didn't really want to do it if you asked me. The bathroom was pretty filthy and could have used some attention. I came there 06/05/22 around 9 pm to make a to go order and to be honest I don't mind that. But That is not even my main complaint or concern. My main one is that I ordered two orders of 6 piece chicken tender platters to go. Both of which when I got home were undercooked and saw pink inside. I ended up having to cook it at home in the oven an extra 15-20 minutes for it to actually be cooked. Granted when I did cook it at home to temp everything was absolutely delicious.. but still.. I would like my food to come to me cooked to temp so I don't have to go home and do it myself seeing as I live five mins away and it would still be hot.
After a long day at work, the Perfect Patrón Margarita was exactly what was needed! Our server recommended the lamb chops and they were like eating candy through were so good! The salmon was perfect as well!I just wish they would remove the carpet from the entrance- it stinks!
I have been going to this Longhorn for a long time. Tonight was the worst ever placed online order and still had to wait 31 minutes. The food horrible burnt cheese, whole pieces of green onions uncooked broccoli.
Host and waiter were terrible. Host brought us to a dirty table and made us wait in the main walkway for him to clean it. Our waiter’s mask kept falling off, and he was not very focused on keeping it up on his face. Steaks were over cooked and dry. Won’t be back.
carry out took it home, broccoli was not cooked, shrimp was tasteless. crusted chicken was awful, . never had bad food from your restaurant before and I am beyond words really.

IT IS A PLEASURE EATING AT LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE. THERE SERVERS ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS ENJOYED. I LOVE THEIR LUNCH MENU. I AM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
Ribeye steak both outlaw and boneless tried a week apart. Not usual steaks, no fat for flavor, cooked tough. Staying away for better days. salads good. Server average .
Walked in sat at bar. Three employees looked at me for five minutes. Also had a huge bottle of Peroxide cleaner of some sort (yellow chemical with a warning label on it) sitting in front of me on the bar. Walked out. No hello. No what can I get you to drink do you need a menu..I hit a longhorn around the south at least two times a month as I travel. Not ever going to this one again. Terrible first impression.
I was really disappointed when I ordered the chicken fingers. I honestly would not order again. They were SO small and for the price it just doesn’t make sense. You can get larger quality chicken tenders from Zaxby’s or Chick-Fil-A for like half the price. Think they could definitely improve the quality and size.
