5 stars for the manager but literally 0 for the bartender. I ordered a double mule and the cup was full of ice and my drink taste like lemonade.After speaking to the manager, he made things right by giving us a discount and a free shot but the drinks tasted like they’re super diluted. I know how my drink is supposed to taste and this was not it. Slightly disappointed by that but the manager is very sweet and the food was great so overall this was a good experience.
I went in today to place a to-go order. Alexis was very nice and efficient when taking my order. However, in the future I will not pay and TIP and return to my car to wait (at the suggestion of Alexis) for my order to be prepared and brought out to me. Next time I will remain inside and in eyesight. Today upon returning to my car I waited for 35 minutes before going inside to check on the status. I stood in front of the bar and watched several orders be completed and bagged. Three were brought up front. I approached the young lady and asked her if either of them were for me (Lyn). She replied "let me go get it" and returned with one of the orders which had been completed, bagged and left sitting. I asked how how long my food had been sitting there; mind you I'd watched them prepare orders so I knew the bag she brought to me had been sitting ready ready prior to me asking for it... yet she told me it had JUST been finished and they had JUST sat it there and that was not true. My food was warm, but it was not hot. I realize they were busy, but every customer matters and it's up to the staff to ensure each and every customer is treated as such. I'm wondering if I hadn't gone inside to check the status how long I (in my car) and my food (on the shelf) would have sat waiting.
This is one of my favorite steak house in texas and Georgia. We went there on Saturday evening and waiting for one hour but it was worth waiting. Wow we ordered medium cooked t bone steak, the taste was good and the meat was very soft. We really enjoyed the food here. I would like to come here often. I strongly recommend this restaurant. They have a big parking lot.
great service - fully staffed - not hiring!if you're like me and tired of all the covid nonsense and excuses about not being fully staffed, etc. do yourself a favor and eat here! food is ALWAYS top notch, hot and tasty, and the service is just as good. have lived in the area 20+ years (as long as this location has been open) and it is consistently grade A in every way!
My food was over cooked, my mom's undercooked. The waitress asked how it was so I told her. I literally do not eat burnt food. She was understanding said she would get the manager. So he comes over informs me that the steak is supposed to be cooked that way, because it's char grilled. (To death)!! Acted as if I was complaining about nothing basically said I could wait on them to cook another. My mom just sucked it up and ate around the uncooked parts. They finally brought out the other steak it had 0 seasoning. We just left paying over 80$ for two people and literally a bad taste in our mouth. Will not eat there again.
The staff was friendly and served hot food. The ambiance was nice. The presentation of food was great!
THE WORST LONGHORN IN GWINNETT COUNTY! I wish I were kidding but I’m truly not, avoid this place. I don’t understand how a steakhouse gets an order for a medium ribeye wrong two times. Sunday evening was not the only bad experience I’ve had there, I’ve given this specific location many tries being that it’s so close to home. Not only was my plate and steak a disaster, 2 people in my party had dry chicken! It was just horrible. This place has gone down the drain with its service, hosts, food. Managements not once checked up on us either! Our party wasn’t the only one with complaints, you could hear it from other tables. It’s not a “bad day”, it’s just not quality anymore. Save your experience, go visit another steak house!
The food and the service at this Longhorns was excellent. Everyone at the table was satisfied with the quality of their meals, the attentiveness of our server, and how fast the kitchen sent out our order, despite the fact that there were many guests. Would certainly recommend this Longhorns ? ?
Great food! Great servers, Mina was one of our servers and she was on point in every way! The manager on duty was exceptional as well as the other servers that we observed. I was very impressed with our food, the price and the cleanliness of the restaurant although they were extremely busy at the time. The hostess Rebecca was out of this world! She got customers seated quickky as possible in spite of the crowd! She was a joy to watch. As a result of the experience we had at that location we make it our first choice for dinner at least once a week when we can! The food, service, location and staff are beyond professional and helpful during this time when service and food service are suffering. We have two other Longhorn locations that are closer but we choose to bypass them for this location. I hope everyone has the experience we had!???
The wild west shrimp app was delicious as usual but the salmon salad left something to be desired. Mostly core pieces in the salad for lettuce with cukes, tomatoes and a tiny bit of cheese along with too many croutons and the salmon was smaller than my palm for $18. Definitely won't do that again!
