Did an order online, walk in there and the manager was being really rude. Her customer service is 0. I even told her I wanted to cancel my order since it was causing her a problem and said she couldn't. That I had to wait 24 hours. Giving the star because the pizza was good, but not going back to this location. Very poor Customer service.
Ridiculous!! You will get it hot, BUT it will not be READY as the logo guaranteed. The wait is 45 minutes to 1 hour!!! ONLY 2 people working at all times; NO way! It is impossible for 2 people to prepare online orders and in store orders in a timely manner, especially on the weekends. The manager, Jade needs to get these employees more help; I can bet they are not making enough per hour to work in the hot oven like slaves, I am sure they will not get a schedule break as required by Labor Laws but there was ONLY one person covering the register and the kitchen; She was going back and forth from the kitchen to the register as she communicated with the other person in the back. I felt sympathy for her, she politely apologized to everyone the wait.There was so many people coming in and out of the store after waiting for a while some left to do online orders or declined to have pizza today. This is no way to treat customers or employees.Little Caesars need to do better than this. I want to give the employees 5 stars but what good it will do them if Corporate and Management don’t get them help and we the customers are dissatisfied with the wait.
Many, many negative experiences here, but tonight was beyond irritating. I walked in at 8:45 p.m. There was only one customer, who walked out as I entered (with no pizza on hand). I asked if they had anything "hot and ready". She looked around (as if she didn't know) and said, "No." I asked how long it would be. She said more than 30 minutes. I had my hungry kids after a very busy night and we just needed to get food and go home. So I walked out and went a few doors down. We ordered there and got fresh, hot food in less than 15 minutes. After we ate, we walked back to our car past the Little Caesars at 9:20 p.m. It was over half an hour before closing time and the "Open" sign was turned off. I could see 3 employees inside, just fooling around. I also observed at least 3 cars drive by and slow down to look inside and observe that they were "closed". This place is losing a ton of business because of poor business practices and awful customer service.
The MOST HORRIBLE PLACE, STAFF AND COSTUMER SERVICE. I I had made an order 2hrs ahead of time one becuase I know they are usually busy and second because I had friends and family comig over to watch a fight. I made my order online around 8pm to be ready to pick up at 10:15 when they close at 11 (or at least that is the hours the have online and in the store sing) I get to the place and they tell me they are close I let them know of my order and they let me in to treat me like im in the wrong and telling me they know nothing about my order and that they will refound me wich tell me they did had my order on their system I ask what should I do since I have people wainting on me their anwers was its not their problem I ask for the manager or a number to call and the person saw around the store and said I dont see it on the wall and they cabt do nothing about it because they do not manage the online system with the worst attitude I had ever seen in coustomer service. I left because I knew they wont do anything. Luckly the next place Hibbachi was still open and save me the night. Then when coming out of the Hibbachi I see peolple coming out with pizza on the hand and I went to tell them that what they did to me was Horrible and the person in front started yelling at me and wanting to fight me literally walked out of the place yelling at me things like if I had a problem to come see him I left speachless not only because of the whole experience but because how the rest of the staff treat me knowing they were at the wrong. And abiously because I WAS AT DANGER. Totally not a place to go when you have family to come back to. Please do your self a favor and dont ever go here at least not by your selft the staff would definally harm you.
Absolutely must be the worst Little Caesars in history. Almost a hour for a Hot and Ready Cheese. Horrible customer service. Giving the wrong orders to the wrong customers while having the all the attitude. Plan to curse someone out or put hands on somebody!!
The Customer service is five star at this site Liliana was very patient and she even went a little bit over her time to make sure my service was completed I appreciate it
Just save yourself some money and time. Avoid this place. Not going to repeat what every other 1 star review has said. Didn’t even ask for a refund. We just left after waiting an hour. Ordered a pizza from the quick trip across the street and we were on the way home with the pizza within 10 minutes.
The absolute slowest one I’ve been too… the employees just collect a check with not a care about the food or customers… I’m giving lil ceaser one more chance and I’m done… dominos here I come
Very bad costumer service. The wait for a hot and ready is extremely long. I have been waiting for over an hour and I had already ordered ahead. Other customers are getting mad at the rude employees. Seems like it’s just silly kids that don’t take their job seriously working here. They are just playing in the back . I’m y husband asked for our money back and they said they couldn’t give a refund. I am never coming here again! ?. I’ll just stick to Dominoes.
It's chaotic sometimes so if you go there and order a pizza most of the time there won't be a pizza available so you have to wait super long, it's better to use the app and order online to go pick up from the Pizza Portal (add like +5-10 minutes in peak times because sometimes they take longer) (sometimes the machine won't work so you'll have to talk to them). 4 Stars to ordering online and picking up when it's ready, 1-2 stars for going In-Person. Would go again for good cheap pizza. Be nice & enjoy!
