Turns out there's no need for the "now hot" sign at this location. They need a sign that says "fresh now" because they were so busy that the donuts where being packed right off the conveyor. So amazing and yummy. Customer service was great despite being so busy, love this location (Snellville, Ga).
This location is horrible. If you go there they will lie because they're to lazy to make the donuts. This is the only location that will not turn on the HOT light on during peak times. I went in at 11am on Sunday and they didn't have what was advertised and wasn't in a rush to make anymore. They gave me a time to return and promised they would be ready so I agreed to return (Gas to High)I returned and guess what...Still nothing. No serious apology and it appeared to be a joke. I was asked to try back next Sunday. or come back later. Such bad business. Workers were standing around both times so why would a business have what is only sold on a Sunday. I definitely can't return there because Customer service was below the 1 star I gave.
I enjoy the company's service, however in this location the drive-thru was incredibly long and took about an hour just to get our orders. Also I am glad that the workers are having a good time during their work session, but I and many people have a busy time schedule. I had also seen many donuts and paper thrown on the floor.
I went to this location yesterday. The girls who helped me were very nice!I like the fact that Krispy Kreme is giving discounted price for their dozen glazed donuts due to high gas prices ! I wasn’t going to buy but for this reason I thought why not buy some donuts to help them as well!The donuts were freshly made, melted in my mouth and made my day ???
They take too long and they never have certain menu items. They also remove the hot doughnuts right when they get iced so they have an inch of icing left on them and it just settles at the bottom of the box.
Just tried to get donuts and they were out of glazed donuts. How is this possible??
The employees here need to be taught how to make hot KK donuts. They've shrunk in size. I wish I could add a picture to show just how disappointing they are.
I ordered online for pick up and when I arrived pick-up service through the drive through window was flawless. My kids will definitely enjoy the Wonderful St. Patricks day variety donuts. ?☘️?
If only I could give 0 stars! This place is the worst and every negative review is true. I finally decided to write this review after my last experience. The place was disgusting, about 8 teenagers were working with no adult supervision, they were playing with their phones while trash was over flowing and the area where they make the donuts was filthy. The only donuts available were glazed, they never have a variety and I typically avoid this place but the 3x times that I've gone since they've opened have proven to be consistent with all of the negative reviews.
This location never has any of the speciality donuts...EVER! For donuts to be made onsite, they are consistently out of donuts. Usually only have glazed donuts & custard filled. Worst Krispy Kreme location in Georgia. I asked the cashier why they never have anything and she just shrugged her shoulders...smh
