Shandrea is the manager and has to be the RUDEST person I have ever met. I waited at the speaker for 3 minutes and no one answered so I drove to the window. I was asked to drive back around to the speaker. I asked for a manager... The lady (Shandrea) who told me to drive back around was the manager so I asked for corporates number, "I don't know their number." I have never in my life...
TERRIBLE customer service. Worst place I’ve ever been to. I was picking up an UBER eats order TWICE (same thing happened both times). Door was locked. Sign says they close at 10 or 11. I went through the drive thru line and the lady in the drive thru window looked all pissed at me and said “we closed!!” I told her I’m uber and she just ignored me. However they have all these people they’re letting in to the restaurant that they know. Rudest employees ever! This place needs to SHUT DOWN!!!!
I had never been to this location and after driving for about an hour and a half, I wanted to sit down to eat and relax so I entered the restaurant and I was asked if I was picking up, to which I replied no. I requested to order and dine in but I was somewhat ignored by an employee who walked away. Shortly afterwards, perhaps a mgr spoke out and said that they were only serving through the drive thru and I apologized as to not seeing the sign, which there wasn't one instructing customers they couldn't dine inside. Now, go figure! What happened to respect/courteous employees on the front line. Poor interaction and customer service! Won't return to this location for sure.
The worst burnt chicken ever. You know very well you burnt your chicken & served it anyways. You either don't care about what you serve or you haven't been properly trained on when to change your oil. Extremely disgusting. I wish I could share a photo of the burnt chicken here. Ya'll should be ashamed.
I have to say that this location should just close, because everytime I go to this location something is always wrong with the chicken you guys have one job sell chicken and you all at this location should be ashamed the worst quality ever and the manager I hold you accountable because this is your job to see the product and your team through the process and you failed that! upper management needs to get involved to salvage your location or close it.
I got my usual, original recipe. It was cooked perfectly. In fact, it was the best I had eaten. It was juicy and tender - probably because the chicken was so young. The pieces were pretty small. It makes me wonder just how young was that chicken. It was delicious though, absolutely delicious.
Waste of money!!!$34 gone.There was more skin than chicken. The chicken was completely dried out , and nonexistent, you couldn't eat it. Mac and cheese was dry and over cooked. Biscuits were dry too, even with butter. Employees were nice
I had the beyond fried chicken combo and I was blown away.I have not been to KFC in about 5 + years since I converted vegetarian working on going vegan.The staff was friendly and my order was fresh.Now I have another option when it comes to eating out.I am glad KFC realizes that Animals don’t have a choice but the YOU do!
Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes. When I pull up to the speaker, the lady said they were closed. I asked, what time do you close and she said 9pm. I told her it was 8:19p and her response was “they just bought me the last chicken and if I drop more it won’t be done until 9pm.” It’s strange how customer service is so terrible these days. The people that work for these organizations are the reason companies are failing and closing down for good….it’s scary!
