I’ve been here before but today was the worst. Absolutely no communication between the employees. The slowest service ever. I was in the store 30 min and there wasn’t even anyone in front of me. Someone was making online orders, someone else who may have been on break, and they were just all over the place. The stars are because the food was good but the service was horrible.
Employee Kista made my service really feel like I was at the Ritz Carlton or Chick-Fil-A. Kista is amazing and she took my order, prepared my food, and handled a HOT store with the AC not working ANDDDDD lots of customers all by herself along with one female employee. Kista should get a raise because I can tell she’s an over worked employee but still handles everything with calm and treats you like family. I love this Jersey Mikes because of her. She makes the store. Give her a promotion or something because she deserves it. This is my second time coming here, first time on Mother’s Day and now today. She’s the reason why I came all the way to Snellville.
The owner Dave is a nice guy. His food is also pretty good. Fresh sandwiches made to order.
Staff couldn't be slower. Was there to pick up and online order and sat there for 20 mins when I was told I was just going to have to wait. Not to mention order had been made 30 mins before. Main server/sandwich artist was rude about it. And after sitting there 20 mins and nearly hour total I canceled the order through my delivery app. Do not go to the Jersey Mike's in Snellville!
Only Jersey Mike's that tries to charge you for cheese on your sandwich. Wonder if corporate knows they are doing that? Be wary.
Very well run place. Big Kahuna Steak was awesome.
Some of te best cold sandwiches in Snellville. The owner is very friendly. One thing to note is that I don't like it when they have the new digital tip option prior to my food being prepared.

DoorDash did not send one of my sandwiches so I drove 5 miles to this store. I went in and waited on line so that I could speak to someone about picking up the remaining sandwich. The man at the register interrupted me rudely and brushed me off. I don’t want door dash credits. I want my money back. So now I have to wait, what, 5-7 business days for my money back ?!?!? And I have no food??? He calmed down as I waited for a supervisor and he called door dash and then made my sandwich. That’s the only reason they get 3 star and not a 5. Be respectful to customers.
