I absolutely LOVE Italian Pie but I have to give this rating after the below subpar customer service I just recieved over the phone. As I am looking at the Centerville Menu on the website I'm being told that these things aren't available as the menu is stated , so of course I change my order around and the customer service lady is huffing and puffing like I'm the one giving her a hard time. Last I checked kids meals would be considered a kids menu so of course telling me there's no kids menu as I read it online I'm going to make changes to my order . Hire better customer service reps , you all just opened there's absolutely no reason for a snarky attitude. I'll be going to the lawrenceville location over this one from now on.
Recent orders my pizza barely have cheese and sauce on them. The employee at front counter (young lady) is very temperamental. Sometimes her customer service is fine & other times she rude (as of my last few visits rude). I will hold off ordering there for some time & go to other pizza spots for my family.
Before trying this place I asked a Man I seen coming out of the restaurant was the food any good his response was, "I eat here everyday". Now I see why!!!They have perfected the pizza pie! The cheese is hitting just right, the sauce hit just right to come together to make the perfect pizza pie. I put them up against any pizza place in Georgia. Hands down!
Processed everything. Not good pizza. Can tell they use frozen dough. If you want really want Italian style pizza, please visit Saparos in downtown decatur. There really aren't good restaurants on this side of town. Mostly chain restaurants visited by those who think Applebees is fine dining.
So delicious! The Margherita pizza is the best. All around good first experience. Only downside were the garlic knots. Burnt on the bottom and dry but the pizza, salad and ziti were delicious.
Waited over an hour to get burnt pizza. When I called, the young lady was very nonchalant and said you need to complain through UberEats. That’s fine.. no more of my money..
Absolutely delicious pizza. Unmatched in the area. Unfortunately we won't be ordering again as $50 for two medium pizzas is completely ludacris. If management comes to their senses and prices their pizza as it's it's pizza and not edible gold, we will be happy to return as customers.
Please do not waste your precious time ordering from here. Under previous management, they were always on point. In recent months, they have undergone new ownership/management, and it shows. The prices have skyrocketed and the food is disgusting. A few weeks ago we were charged $39 for lunch for two people. The only option they had for French Fries is a $7 family size and the Brisket Tacos were absolutely appalling. I could go on and on but it would be counterproductive. I live in the area and Host a culinary Podcast. Quality of alot of these local places have gone down, but none more obvious than Italian Pie Centerville.
This was my go to place for pizza. Since new ownership this will no longer be that place. The last 5 times the service has been poor, pizza flavor and toppings are poor as well as portions of toppings. The price has gone through the roof as the quality of their pies as gone to the basement. It cost less for a specialty pie and more expensive to add 2 toppings. I anticipate they will be closing soon if they don’t change.
I'm usually somewhat satisfied with the pizza from here.. but not today. I've never been big on pizza that's straight up burnt.. Guess I'll have to go back to using Stone Mountain Pizza Cafe.
