I forgot to take pics of the food but everything was so good. We went for a birthday dinner and the server was A++ while the food was even better. They were very accommodating even though the birthday girl was really late and even sung for her. The seasoning is definitely one of the best for seafood spots in the area and nothing was over cooked. You must try the crab fries!
The service was great, our server handled our requests in a timely manner, our food arrived HOT and the ambiance was fantastic!
Today was my first time eating at Hook and Reel and I have to say I was very impressed with our food and especially with our server MISSY, hands down she made my first the best time. And just when I thought I was full she came with the dessert. I had the flounder basket, my daughter had the seafood spaghetti and our appetizers were garlic bread and crab bites. Dessert was the Caramel Snicker Cheesecake, omg everything was delicious and service was more than excellent. No pics of the appetizer, they were gone before pictures could be taken. Thank you again MISSY!!!
Sweet and friendly staff. The best cocktails and seafood. I was craving fried fish, but the boil would of been enough for my husband and I to split. They did forget part of his order that they had to bring out separately. Other than that we had an amazing time here.
My wife and I stopped here at the Snellville location yesterday for dinner. Upon entry we were immediately greeted by the hostess. We noticed that the establishment was really clean and very bright. We ordered drinks and they came out really quick. Just wanted to mention between 3 and 6 they have $5 margaritas!...and $4 pints. We also ordered hush puppies that came out less than 5 minutes later. My wife ordered the Catfish poboy and I ordered the shrimp poboy. Both sandwiches were really tasty! Misse (Missy), our waitress was excellent! We will certainly visit again!

Delicious! As long as you are patient, considering the world is navigating a pandemic, there aren't many servers, but it was awesome. The atmosphere, great drinks, delicious menu and good company?... Expect a good time ?
My original plan was to go to Texas Roadhouse but the wait was to long so we went here instead. It took about 20 min to be seated.(party of 3) They were busy and it took over an hour to get out food. (Seated at 6:40 food came at 8: 30) I ordered the mix and match broil. With snow crab,shrimp and added sausage and boiled eggs. I asked for the hook and reel special blend seasoning spicy. My 4 yr old granddaughter got spaghetti. My daughter got the same as me. The seasoning was VERY BLAND and the sausage was sliced thin. The kids spaghetti had onions and peppers in it. (Not that its a problem) it would have been nice to know either by notice on the menu or the server should have said so. What kid will eat onions and peppers ( not mine at least). My server did the best he could I guess, but he was not very attentive. Only thing that came on time was the check. You did have management come around and apologize for the wait. But for 121.00 tab not including the tip. The food was not worth it. I will pay a little more to go to The Juicy Crab for good food same wait time. On a lighter note the decorations in the establishment are beautiful.
Our waitress was amazing! The food and vibe of the restaurant is amazing. Also, the music is amazing as well. Definitely a nice spot for the younger crowd. Definitely will be back.
Came for lunch with the family and had a pleasant experience. The Hook and Reel special sauce was a bit too creamy and salty for me, so I'll probably try a diff sauce next time I come. Shrimp and crab legs were cooked perfectly and not overcooked. We had these seafood chips/crackers, didn't order an appetizer, but I wish they had rolls instead of the chips. But hey, it was free so I can't complain. Server was very kind and professional. Definitely will come back. Prices were reasonable considering what my family and I ordered.
