I pull up to drive thru to order(first time eating here) and I ask my wife if she wants anything and of course she says "No mi amor, I'll just have some of yours..." :-/ So instead of ordering the original size fry I order the large fry which was approximately $3.15.. and I order the double bacon steak burger. That'll be plenty of food for us to share.What a huge disappointment.The fries, though hot, were EXTREMELY skinny- even for "steak fries"! The portion they gave me looked more like a "kids size" large. For $3 I was expecting a portion comparable to the $3 fries at Popeye's which would have been plenty to share. At least they tasted ok. But it is DEFINITELY not a large and DEFINITELY not worth $3+.My double bacon cheeseburger looked like they took a steak patty(which is thin to begin with) and then sliced it again! Are these burgers made for children or adults? I really want to know. It had good flavor, but it was way too salty. And I like salty foods.Overall I felt the food was overpriced for the portions you get. The flavor tasted good. The staff was friendly. But I can't recommend this place over Steak n' Shake. 3/10.
I just deleted my last review. this place is suffering, over staffed but nasty. not one clean spot to sit. The smell is horrible, if you could smell it, you would leave. Pup cup is now just whipped cream.... they tried to give us our order without fries and then gave us old fries while we watched her pull up new cooked fries. The big guy was cool.
If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would! We were let in and after ordering with a toddler we were told we can’t dine in and we had to eat outside where it was dirty, no lights, and the pollen was ridiculous tonight. And then they let the person that ordered after us sit down and eat his food INSIDE the dinning room they had just told us was closed. I will never be going back to this place again. Please retrain your staff and teach them how to treat customers or you will be left with no customers because I have not experienced worse customer service and felt more unwelcome in a restaurant as I did tonight in a long time!! Ridiculous!
I’ve been here twice both times on a Saturday night. The drive thru is the priority. Tables aren’t clean, there’s food on the floor, and last Saturday, I cleaned my own table with napkins and soap from the bathroom because there were no paper towels. The staff are trying to work hard, but they lack systems and leadership. Iced tea was out both times. When I told the staff in the kitchen, one of the brought me a sweet tea from the kitchen. That was really nice.
Freddy's food is so damn good. The burgers are of exceptional quality. However, the merit of a burger also relies on its maker, and a good burger must be made with care. This means remembering to put CHEESE on a CHEESEBURGER and remembering that a combo meal also includes a side. The one thing I appreciate is the employees remembered no pickles. Unfortunately, they also had no small cup lids and instead gave us milkshake lids. Today the restaurant seemed operated with carelessness and I was disappointed, this was my first foray into dining inside the building. I still recommend, but make sure you double check for cheese and no pickles before you exit the building.
First time trying Freddy's after driving past it countless times. It was so worth it. The food came out quickly and tasted so so good. I'll definitely try a dessert next time. The double with fries was excellent.
Thirty minutes to get through the drive thru with nobody inside ordering. 12 minutes sitting at the window waiting with no updates for our food after paying. No apologies for the wait and the fries were not hot. It was clear they put the fries in the bag and let it sit on the counter til the burgers were done. Not worth the $30 I paid. Will never return and should have demanded a refund.
Burger was good. Drink machine was broken, tables were dirty and we got served old oil soaked fries. This freddy’s used to be so good. Zaxbys next door will the option moving forward.
My mom and I went there and it was my first time. The burger and fries were cold. The fries was cold and soggy. My mom dr. Pepper had not have any syrup in it’s it did not taste good. You could clearly see the soda was not the right color too.
The food and service is great except their milkshakes take for.ev.er. get your ish together.Reply to the owner below: What you can do better is find out why it takes twice as long to get your milkshakes out as it does your food.
