Waited over 20 minutes to get a mobile order fulfilled. Person after person came in after we placed our order and got their food before we did. If you’re going to have that option then make it a priority to get the food out during the quoted time. It’s not a convenience if it takes longer to get our food than having just waited in line especially when people are getting their food after coming in 10 minutes after we did…
Food was hot & delicious & they take military discounts as well for military & retired military. My daughter wanted to est there so we went.Staff was very courteous & ? were very clean. I would highly recommend

You may want to consider hiring some adults in order to keep loyal customers. This was the worst customer service ever. CHILDREN being paid to play. It should not take 20 min to make a hamburger.
Five guys is always great. The burgers are so good. The fries are so good. The service here was great. It was clean. My only complaint is....I feel it's too expensive. I still feel like it's in the fast food category and the prices are just a few bucks too high.
Clean. Plenty of parking. Good customer service. Food delivers pickup inside. Dine in or take out.
Large burgers are a meal. Famous fries - always overflowing, like a double order. Lunch was very tasty. Fast service, for a made-to-order meal.
Wow, I've never seen a restaurant as dirty as the Five Guys In Snellville today. There were customers at two tables and eight tables were empty. There were no other customers in the place and yet every table was disgusting! There were crumbs and old condiments and drink rings on the tables that were empty. I went to get peanuts and there was a wadded up paper towel inside the box with the peanuts. No telling where that came from.I asked for some paper napkins so I could wipe my own table down. The guy in the black shirt, I presume the manager, told me know that he would send someone out to clean the tables. A minute or two later a guy came out and started sweeping the floors. He didn't immediately start wiping the tables down. When he did, he grabbed a couple paper napkins that have been left over by a customer and started wiping some of the tables down with those paper towels. Who knows if those are clean or not? I do love a five guys hamburger, but not sure I'll ever eat at this restaurant again.
I love going to this Five guys. When ever we go the employees are pleasant and welcoming. It is always clean and employees work & communicate with one another. Our food is always prepared correctly.
