Went here bcuz I wanted an Italian beef sandwich. I got the Italian beef/Italian sausage combo and my daughter got the wings with the honey lemon pepper sauce. I thought they didn’t make my sandwich correctly but they did (my bad). The staff here was so nice. They offered to make it again because they wanted me to be satisfied. I really appreciate customer service like this. Food was very good and I will definitely go back.
Food was good and reminded me of food from back home. Renée the owner was very nice and welcoming. They have pizza puffs, Italian beef, gyro and so much more! Check them out if you looking for Chicago style food.
Have heard a ton about Fingerz lately, and so I wanted to go and check them out. To start off, it's a nice location, and very clean. The people were very friendly and the food was pretty quick, despite being made to order.I ordered the Philly Steak with fries. The fries were very good. Crinkle fries that were just the right amount of crispy and soft in the middle. Nicely salted and tasty. The Philly was very good, exactly what I would expect... shaved steak, mushrooms, peppers, cheese and onions. So, the question is... if it was that good, why only 4 stars? Well, because none of it was better than other places in the area, especially for the price. When I first opened the foam box, my first thought was, "Wow that's tiny." Also, they wrap the sandwich in foil, which meant that the bun was nearly reaching liquified form when opened. As an example, you can get what I think is a slightly better Philly, which is quite a bit bigger, at American Deli. You can get a large steak and cheese for a similar price.Overall, it is quite good, but you will pay a little more for something that isn't any or much better than other places.
I visited this restaurant for the first time today, got the 4pc wing with the Georgia peach bbq sauce. I will say it was really good. The food was fresh and the service was quick. I will return.
They have the best chicken I’ve ever tasted since being in NY. ( reminds me of how NY Chinese restaurant chicken is/ if you from NY you know the taste ) Ordered from Uber eats and I couldn’t be happier. I will be buying again but next time it won’t be 8 wings but 20. The Philly cheese steak was amazing along with the mozzarella sticks, but that BBQ whole chicken wings was everything.
I've not been here yet, but just going off the owner's response to the one comment about a less than stellar experience with one of their staff, explaining that it was a new employee and asking for the person to call her so she can use the information to coach and train the young lady better is a great way to handle this. The frontline food workers are having to deal with a lot, and they are human too. By using such experience as a teachable moment instead of just firing someone is a better outcome for everyone. I will definitely be stopping by to order soon. Happy to support local businesses!! Especially those that look out for their employees.
Omg Amazing wish I could leave 100 stars. Customer service is beautiful. The food is really good. The Philly steak and fries were season just perfect . I’m definitely going back.
Awfullllll over priced food that don’t come with drinks!! 28 dollars for two 4 peice wing combos with Fries and no drink no separation between fries and wings ,fries are unsatisfactory don’t eat here
It was my first visit to the new Fingerz wing spot and I ordered $60 worth of wings. One of the flavors was lemon pepper, but unfortunately, the wings didn't have any seasoning on them or flavor to them. In Atlanta lemon pepper is huge, just like you'd know strawberry cake, you'll know lemon pepper. But they looked and taste like plain wings, there was no pepper, nor any flavor at all. The GA Peach sauce wasn't good and none of our family (here gathered for Christmas) liked the BBQ flavor or buffalo either. The fries were unfortunately soggy and no salt or seasoning after they promised to make them crispy with seasoning. To make sure it wasn't just me, I had other people look and they said, oh these are plain wings, not lemon pepper. The breading fell off in pieces as soon as you picked it up which doesn't make a good bite. I brought back the lemon pepper to the location but kept the rest. I really wanted to support this new black-owned business. When I got there the owner was waiting. Immediately she was aggressive and argumentative with me. She asked for my feedback on why I returned them and I gave it nicely. Long story short, she got upset, said she was in her own lane and my feedback didn't matter, and she proceeded to take the food back and gave me a refund. All of this while being very upset that we didn't like her recipes, as she stated. I haven't had an experience quite like it before. The customer service experience was very poor.
Stopped by Fingerz yesterday with my nephews while traveling through to pickup a vehicle for my nephew. We found this place on Google and gave it a try, baby the food was great! I really hate i didn't get more to bring back to NC it was really that good. They owner was super nice and the staff was phenomenal! I will be stopping by again my next visit to GA.
