I just want to say I literally live 5 minutes away from the dunkin on Centerville hwy. And let me tell you I use to go every Saturday morning and get the same thing and everytime i ordered it wasn't right!!!?. And it wasn't the cashier! The person who is making the food can't comprehend or can't read! So I start come here to this one and everytime I came they have did my order correctly!! And it's fresh and hot!! Thank YOU US 78 DUNKIN!!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME ? it's worth my 15 minute drive!!!
I asked for two everything bagels, not toasted cream cheese on the side. Got home with two burned to a crisp bagels with a little cream cheese on them. Whoever put these in the bag knew they were inedible.
If you are going to screw up at least one of my drinks a week, you can’t also have bad customer service and refuse to fix your mess up. If you’re gonna be rude and refuse to fix things, then make sure you get them right the first time.
The ladies were nice, and double checked that I had the right donuts. I don't know if I was just extra hungry or what??.... but my sweet black pepper bacon? croissant? sandwich was sooo good and the donuts? (cruller, & frosted blueberry) tasted like butter?!

If you don’t work hard for your money and want consistent disappointment, this is the Dunkin for you! Every time I’ve been here, every drink I’ve ever gotten has tasted different each time. They charge for the canola butter spread and never actually put the correct spread on the bagels. Very inconsistent
First they tried to get me to order without even being close enough to see the menu. Then they charge a dollar for a small dollop of whipped cream for my dog. After that it took them FIFTEEN minutes just to get me my large ICED shamrock macchiato. The lady that finally came to the window tried giving me a small hot coffee, then spent another 5 minutes wanting to see my receipt, the receipt the guy never gave me. So by the time I got home the croissant I also ordered was completely cold. I will NEVER go to this Dunkin again. Just all around garbage service.
They don't care about customers health issues.I ordered medium decaf no cream no sugar "black" only add a shot of unsweetened french vanilla being that I am allergic to dairy. Also let me have 2 apple and spice Donuts. Only to check my coffee and see cream in when I got to my truck. Brought it back to the young lady reminded her of our conversation earlier that I am allergic to dairy. She remake the coffee now I'm driving and eating the Donuts. She also gave me 2 Donuts with cream in the middle and not the apple and spice I originally ordered. Now I'm running to find a pharmacy to get me some benadryl or something for my allergy. Benadryl makes me drowsy and I drive truck for a living. Very nice of you to ruin my day guys. And they don't answer their phone at this store.
Generally the service is fast. The workers are always nice, and one of the managers is just a joy to interact with. Order accuracy is spotty, I often have a coffee short on flavored shots or cream
I don't know what these other "bad" reviews are about but it sounds personal. Please keep in mind that a lot of fast food places are slower now due to short staffing. EVERY TIME I go to this location they treat me very well and ALWAYS have my order correct in a timely manner. If there's a long line someone stands outside and takes orders from the line (in the rain and all). The entire staff is professional and kind. I actually drive about 20min and pass 2 other Dunkins to go to this one because of their outstanding customer service. Soma and Thomas are awesome managers who also treat me very well everytime I see them! Shane on those that left a bad review just because their bagel didn't have enough butter or coffee had 4 sugars instead of 5. Get a life and make your own . I love love love this location and their outstanding customer service!
