I wanted to like this location. But...this is the 2nd out of 4 times that I've gone to this location personally (doesn't include the times I've been here to do a pick up order for customers) and they are inconsistent with the quality of food they serve. My prior visit a couple of months ago they sold me very stale hard dry doughnuts! I was shocked. This last visit this week they gave us the worst made egg and cheese wake up wraps I've ever bought. I could tell they did not clean the toaster oven they toasted the wraps in from all the black stuff on the outside of the wraps. Gross. I went back and politely asked them if they either could remake the wraps or give a refund. They offered to remake the wraps. Instead they literally took the exact same wraps they had already made us the first time and threw them right back in the toaster oven and over cooked them burning the cheese inside. They thought that because I couldn't see what they were doing in the kitchen that I wouldn't know any better. Very insulting and a waste of our time! I checked the wraps and had to ask them for a refund once I recognized immediately what they did. They then told me that they didn't know how to refund my money for the wraps back onto my debit card. So they offered to give me a gift card instead. They wasted so much of our time and though they don't know what they're doing at all.
It took so long to get our food ? and The girls were arguing.I just wanted My munchkins And Coffee You girls need to handle That stuff in The back away from customers Y'all try having a better Day.
No doughnuts out 2 hours after opening time, then as they were putting them out saw one dropped on the floor and casually put back in the display to sell.
My iced coffee is never right taste different everytime even though I order the same thing and the last visit my coffee was OVERLY sweet. I asked for liquid sugar yet I get a cup with a half inch of sugar sitting at the bottom of it making my coffee insanely sweet and gritty. staff in the morning are not open at 5 am instead they are pulling up with their car at 5:05. Very disappointed. If you can’t keep up with your opening hours then change your opening time instead of inconveniencing those going to work in the morning in need of coffee. Corporate needs to look at these reviews and step in or this newly opened Dunkin’s will surely be on its way to closing !
Horrible experience. This is a large frozen matcha latte. That I paid an extra 1.10 for coconut milk and liquid cane sugar. Then they didn’t give me my iced coffee that I ordered. I wish there was a Starbucks near by because I would never use this store again if I had an alternative. At this point I doubt my drinks are made properly and fully expect that the little African American girl with the long red braids to have poisoned me.
If you don’t work hard for your money and want consistent disappointment, this is the Dunkin for you! Every time I’ve been here, every drink I’ve ever gotten has tasted different each time. The munchkins taste a solid 2 days old and the hashbrowns are always undercooked and stuck together.
Whoever took my order was nice ! However, my croissant bread was burnt , drink was bland no flavor , no napkins in my bag , and hash browns shortened … I had to ask where the rest were .
The donuts were so fresh and soft it was unbelievable. Keep up the good work.
Fresh soft and tasty! I love the drive through even if i must wait a little and my orders are typically on point. Very friendly as well. In love with their munchkins and strawberry frosted donuts ? ?
This is the third time I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts and they haven’t filled my cup up when I ordered a large. I’m really not sure what to think. Probably will stop going there.
