The worst Dunkin ever!Waited 20+ minures behind 5 vehicles to order. Once at the window to pay the clerk asked what I ordered and after taking my money, gave me the wrong item. This Snellville location is the worst Dunkin I've ever visited. Lots of employees seen through the drive thru window running their hand through their hair and drinking beverages then handling customer orders. Grotesque...
The food was fine but the old lady behind the counter was so rude. She was constantly yelling at the younger workers who were trying to serve us. I was later informed that she’s the mangers mother. She placed all the croissants on the counter before she sliced them. So unsanitary! The younger workers were good but this old woman slowed the service so much. I was in there for 30 minutes waiting for my drink and the whole time she got in their faces yelling at them.
when i first started working here, i seen that this store had potential, i am now 4 months in, working at dunkin, getting paid 9.50 an hour… things have changed, and new managers have been in and out of the store. i’ve been told that i am a very good worker. but things progressively have gotten worse, hence why multiple people quit 2 months prior. i believe that we are heavily understaffed. i am responsible for supply storage every week, and i barely have anybody to help me. i start to get afraid of the complaints from managers and morning co-workers as to why supply has not been put up. i believe that things need to change. i cannot work in an environment in which i feel criminalized, and i feel as if i’m not doing a great job at all. the dunkin’ managers are why people are quitting the job, due to their horrible behavior, cutting people’s hours out of their check, underpaying people, and having people wait over a month for a sign in number. this has to change immediately, or i believe that this place is going to stoop down to an atrociously low level.
My husband went inside to order a cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich. The cashier barely understood him and another employee had to come over and translate. The coffee was awful. Seems like they poured a bag of sugar in it.
For some reason I can never get the same drink even though this is what I order from multiple Dunkins. I order a MOCHA and 1 out of 4 times I get the drink I actually want which is the one that tastes like a chocolate drink. All the other times I get either a coffee or a coffee with milk.
STAFF=GREAT 01/2022 (but Dunkin discontinuing HAZELNUT flavor coffee?? That is outrageous to me personally. I'm not happy right now) *went thru drive-thru
this was my 3rd visit this week and I ordered the same drink every time and all 3 times they made my drink incorrectly after repeating my order several times. I went today and the little woman at the window quoted one amount to me and there was a different amount on the screen and then she gave me back a completely different amount of change when I asked why she said she made a mistake the incorrect amount was on the screen I advised her she should have said that when she realized it she did not respond after I pulled off and looked at my order what was on the screen was correct and she must have been confused but if by chance she was intentionally taking extra money from people that is "stealing" also the rest of my order was incorrect they need to get their act together at this location because I love dunkin's coffee and would hate to switch!
Very disappointed with this mornings service.Cashier had no clue how to scan my app for points. I ordered a large coffee and 2 wake up wraps, as another lady handed me the box of wraps she said "no cheese" I didnt understand what she meant. She was saying they were out of cheese so none was on my sandwich. Wouldn't that be something you tell the customer BEFORE they pay??
Terrible. So dirty and gross. Slow service. Unsanitary. I saw them sweeping behind the donut machine and underneath the basket of donuts. All I kept thinking about was all the dust and debris that comes off a broom when sweeping. So gross! They made my maple sugar croissant with orange cheddar and no egg. I will never return.
I had ordered Carmel ice coffee with milk and extra sugar but instead I got ice tea.
