WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !! Do not go here . I placed an order over the phone for delivery at 11:25 pm , I live less than five minutes away and waited until 1:30 for a pizza to arrive that never arrived !! I went up there today ordered the same order and asked for an additional icee sauce for my cinnamon sticks and was told it was 1.00 . Due to my lack of and the pizza not being delivered , I asked for it to be accommodated . The manager on 04/05/2022, a lady said NO . I requested a refund if she couldn't give the extra 1.00 icee for my order . Instead she completed my $20 refund . This business is gonna go out soon if this is how you all do business . EXTREMELY UPSET , DISAPPOINTED AND HUNGRY
I’m both a delivery regular and pickup regular at this location. They are hands down the best crew I’ve ever interacted with, their deliveries are always extremely timely, and the drivers are always super friendly, too! Any time an order has had a mistake (super, SUPER, seldom that there is a mistake) they’ve been wonderful about getting the order corrected and and re-delivered at no cost, giving credit to the next order, AND also giving me the option of simply putting a credit towards my next order.This location is definitely 10/10 in my option. Five stars isn’t enough! They definitely deserve more stars if they were an option! This location has the best service, in my opinion. Highest recommendation!P.S Damian (I hope I spelled that correctly!) was a delight to talk to, and was incredibly helpful in helping me get the boxes inside with a broken hand. Even though he had to stand out in misty weather holding boxes for us, he was a trooper to do that in the rain while I took a single item at a time inside, because of said hand. Great delivery person, hands down, one of the best!
I have ordered pizza for delivery twice and after an hour I called and they said it would be an additional hour because they don't have delivery drivers available. Why take delivery orders if you don't have drivers. Was told just I should just cancel order.
Every time I order delivery, within 15 minutes I get a call back stating they do Not have delivery and I can come in to pick up. ☹?I cancel and decline. If I wanted to pick up, I would of ordered carry out initially. False advertising ?!Poor service. Don't bother.
I give the owner 1 for having only 2 people working being over worked. But im not gonna front this female was so great on every scale 2days ago. She deserves a raise for holding it down for this owner when people come in verses the phone. And when I say raise 5 to 8 dollars more that what she's making now cause shes taking on more than her title.
The worst pizza we ever had. Tossed 1 and a 1/2 of them. Was gross, and cost $46.00... never again. Pass on this location.. ??
I usually order early in the day and the service and the staff are good but tonight I Decided to go in to order my favorite pizza and three guys were working. No one had mask or gloves, The one guy worked on the register then continued picking up cheese with his bare hands placing it into metal containers another guy was scratching his face and had his hands in his pocket then handled the food the other guy was off to the side eating then continued handling food. No one ever washed their hands they just continued to contaminate the food they were touching. They all said they were new which was very obvious because they had no idea about the companies curbside to go policies, everyone was clueless and had attitudes as if I was wrong. Someone really needs to look into this place perhaps the food and health department should check them out before someone get sick. The owner should take a look at the cameras so that he’s aware of what’s going on in the store. This was the worst experience ever. I am very disappointed with the that crew.
Terrible customer service!!! They mess up and they cause an inconvenience to you. Managers were not apologetic. Ahmad and his workers were very rude on several occasions. I will never spend my money or time here again. Just shut down this disrespectful establishment.
They made my order to the tea and it was so good however it was a little over cooked to the point the mushrooms and the pasta was burnt around the edges but it was still creamy and delicious
