My order was not ready when promised. I received an email that my order was ready and boxed. When I arrived at the store, the manager began telling me about other orders ahead of mine and I had to wait 20 minutes after the stated time that my pizza was suppose to be ready. The manager a female, never apologized, just handed me the pizza and closed the window. When I looked at my pizza it didn't look done and one of the toppings were missing. I had to come home and put the pizza in the oven to ensure it was cooked all the way through. This is the second time this has happen with this same manager. All other times I have come to this location (over 7 years), the pizza was correct and ready when stated. Very Disappointed!
I ordered a delivery at 9am to be delivered by 4pm.... I called the store at 4:07pm because I could see on the tracker that Maree checked my order out the oven at 3:40 but no delivery yet. Maree was the one who actually picked up and stated that they were backed up and it didn't matter if I ordered at 9am. She promised me my order would not take any longer than an hour to arrive. My order ended up arriving at 4:37pm, and it was COLD! Not only that, they didn't give me the 4 sauces that I ordered for the chicken bites that they charged me 99 cents EACH for. I called the restaurant back to also inform them of my sauces around 4:45, and a guy picked up and said that someone would bring me the sauces. Here it is now 8:40pm and NO ONE has showed to bring me anything nor did anyone call. Oh, and the pizza they gave us was DRY like they were stingy on the sauce. They better be lucky I'm pregnant, tired, and it's my son's birthday (hence why we ordered the pizza), because I would DEFINITELY call and dispute those charges and the tip too for POOR service. Never will order here again. Should've went to Marco's like my intuition told me, but my partner wanted to be cheap, smmfh
Ordered a pizza at about 9:45P.M. April 11th. They had one Driver so I expected a little bit of a wait. However, when my pizza sat in quality check for over an hour, my son decided to drive up there. He was told that the driver had been in an accident. Hope he's ok. But not only was my pizza not going to be delivered, nobody thought it would be a good idea to call me to let me know. Needless to say, my son requested a fresh pizza and we ate at 12:30 in the morning. Extremely disappointed in the conduct of the employees that night.
This has to be the absolute worst domino's in the entire world. Everytime I order from them for delivery I get the run around about my food never recieve a phone call and ultimately have to go pick it up myself! This time I waited for over 3 hours and even though I called multiple times and they said it's on the way never received my pizza! To top it all off I called and was left on hold til closing time and was never answered!!!
Jordan is the man he helped us out with a great deal after our order was sent to a different location. He knows how to make things right out of a fault of someone else. Very nice to customers , he is very understanding in meeting our expectations he should be promoted to manager at this location. So when you come to this location ask for Jordan.
This is the absolute worst pizza delivery I have ever experienced. I ordered delivery months ago and after over an hour was told I needed to just come pick it up. Tonight I decided to give them another chance. After 2 phone calls a hang up, a rude employee and 2 1/2 hours I had to just request a refund. And again I was told I’d I wanted my pizza I just needed to come get it. Which is the exact opposite reasoning for ordering delivery. I will NEVER order from this location or others again.
I've been there several times and it's extremely over priced, but this time WAS ridiculous. I ordered two small pizzas and one was a specialty pizza so ok I'll deal with the 26$ and some change I was charged... except several slices were nothing but bread..Literally their small is little bit bigger than a personal pizza. I feel very ripped off.
Maria the GM was very patient, helpful and quick to offer me the best deal I could get for the Church group I am serving. Prior to this order I was met with hospitality when asking questions about the Slice the Price Card. Store #4138 has made me happy each and every time I have ordered from them. Keep up the great work!
My order was supposed to be ready by 4:18pm. I did a car side delivery and even though the 2 minute timer had stopped, no one ever came out to bring me my food. At 4:40pm I went inside and asked for my pizza, which was just sitting in the shelf. No one seemed to care to bring my pizza to my car that did have it's hazards on, just as Dominos requests for car side delivery.When I finally got my pizza and checked it, it wasnt even made right. I asked for pineapple all over the pizza and only got it on half. This was such a display of unprofessionalism.
My experience didn't start out so great but after speaking with the store manager Marie she went above and beyond to refund my full order and also provided a credit for my future order. I really appreciate this courtesy and exception. Thank you!
