HORRIBLE I had an order that was made incorrect charged incorrect and cold when I asked the cashier to fix it he got an attitude and told me I couldn’t read and when I asked for the manager he said it was him so I immediately started recording and asked him to correct the mistake and issue a refund he kept talking trash being disrespectful so I asked him as a manager did he think it was professional to tell me I was stupid and couldn’t read he smirked closed the window and turned his back and to top it off NOBODY WAS wearing masks

Food is great. Selection is great. Prices though? I hope their workers are getting paid more than Taco Bell employees. S/N Too much cheese in the Taco imo but the fries are amazing. Shrimp anything is great. The whole menu is pretty damn good.

Horrible No Service!!!! I placed my order at 10:53pm on 03/31/22 via the Del Taco app and I prepaid for my order and I arrive at the store at 11:15pm and the employees were inside doing nothing I had to knock on the drive thru window in order to get their attention since they would not answer the phone when I called the store. An employee finally decides to open the drive thru window and tells me they closed early today and he tells me they cannot prepare my order or provide me a refund. This location is supposedly open till 12am on Thursdays according to their hours of operation.

10% of the time customer service here is decent, 90% of the time they’re ghetto, unprofessional, & rude.No social skills at all…Cussing out loud to eachother, using derogatory language towards eachother, not organized at all…One lady told us to wait a sec in the drive thru and then a guy said “hello? Are y’all needing something?”That’s just one situation out of many…

This is the worst place for customer service. I will NEVER patron location every again!! First they claim that the online app ordering does not work at the location. Despite the posted signs advertising their app. Second, I ask if he can scan my app for the rewards points he then tells it had to be done before placing the order. Third, the heavy set alleged "manager" claims that he cannot give me receipt because the printer is broken. I refused to move until I received my receipt. I asked for either my receipt or money back. He again says the printer is broken. Again I request for my receipt or my money back. I continue to wait. Meanwhile, he sends another associate out to circle the drive thru see if I've left. I have not. After 15 minutes he miraculously was able to reprint my receipt. This is absolute worst Del Taco location!!

Only went once so far and ordered the grilled chicken burritos.They were pretty good.

Dining room is closed and they only take one order at a time n the drive thru. Even if it's only two cars, expect your wait to be 15 to 20 minutes. The workers at this location need to be trained on customer service. I pull up to the drive thru and wait for a few minutes, finally I say hello twice within a few minutes apart. Someone rudely comes over the intercom and says "MAM, I can hear you, HOLD ON!" Well how was I supposed to know that anyone knew I was there when I had been waiting for several minutes with no one acknowledging that they knew I was there. Meanwhile, 5 to 6 cars have gathered behind me. and only one was in front of me.

Verrrryyy slowwww drive through. Please open up the store.Employees don't care one bit.Where's the manager?

1 million percent better than Taco Bell. Just wish it was closer to home!

The order was almost completely wrong. They only got two out of six items correct. This was after waiting an insane amount of time. The cashier even voluntarily read our order back to us, yet apparently still managed to get it wrong. It’s like they didn’t even look at the order and just grabbed whatever they had on hand to throw in the bag.
