Always have a great experience. Food and service are excellent.
Nice place for lunch, but usually busy with a wait to get a table. Daily specials and the standard menu, but everything was good. Pretty good service, too. Corn muffins were tasty with butter and honey, but the muffins were pretty dry and butter was hard and made muffin crumble. Overall,my buddies and I enjoyed our lunch. It's a nice break from all the fast food places. Prices were lower than I expected, so I added it to my tip.
We love Cracker Barrel but we were very disappointed tonight since we made the 20 minute drive specifically for the fried catfish and fried cod and they were sold out. I could understand this if it was late in the evening but we arrived at 6:30. Hopefully, the next time we go they’ll be well stocked.
I'm very disappointed. Had the worst service .We came for dinner. My husband found plastic in his apple cobbler. Waitress looked at us like we wore lieing. Worst the manager never came to see what happened. Management and server didn't even bother to ask is he wanted to make a report.NEVER COMING BACK, SUCH LACK OF DISREGARD AND RESPECT TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS.
My wife and I (and our 2 small kids) were disappointed the last visit there. We like going to CB but this last visit. It took such a long time to bring out the food, we had to take it to go. It wasn't even that busy, we got in with no wait time. We ordered pretty quickly. Went a few times to the bathroom to wash our daughter's hands(she was getting bored) and there was this lady cleaning the bathroom chatting with another employee for all the times we went to the bathroom. The server was apologizing a couple of times that it takes awhile. We decided to take it to go. On the way out all we heard from the manager was "have a nice day". He had no clue what was going on.
10 minute wait to be seated at lunchtime which was great! Server was wonderful. Ordered soup and salad. Unfortunately it took a lonnnnnnnnnng time for our food to arrive. After about 30 minutes the sever came out and said there was no soup and offered a baked potato instead. That was fine, not her fault and she was so nice and professional. Got the salad (45 minute wait for that) then about 5 minutes later the potato arrived. Ok, I get it, things get backed up sometimes. My problem was with the manager. When they came to around to ask how it was going I mentioned the long wait time and being told there was no soup long after our order was placed. The response from this person was, well I better go tell the kitchen to have soup ready by dinner time. What? How about let me get you a free dessert or knock a couple of bucks off your bill? Please train your floor managers to do better. That response was unacceptable. I’ll add that the poor family next to us waited so long their toddler started acting out so they tried to keep her busy with videos on their phones which they cranked up so loud it drove everybody nuts. All goes back to wait times of over 40 minutes for food.
I visited recently, amazingly there wasn’t an hour wait to eat so I decided to dine in. I sat down and waited about 10-15 minutes for a waiter to arrive. That’s way too long to wait for a waiter to come to the table. We got our drinks and food and it was pretty good, not very warm though. I had to take off points for customer service although while dining in. Overall a great spot for food.
Went for a late breakfast waited an hour for a table which is a normal thing. We placed our orders got our coffees and started to wait for our food. The food came and the well done steak that I had ordered arrived looking only half dead and the other half cooked. Our waitress, Bee went above and beyond her call of duty to ensure that all the mishaps were handled with the best of care. I commend Bee for her excellent customer service. If I had some constructive criticism, it would go to the management who failed to produce the desired results even when requested by them. One of the managers came to the table with a very poor excuse for delay. Said steak had been ordered with sautéed onions and this was charged on the bill as a side so since I had desired s steak with onions and ordered a steak with onions I was expecting onions with my steak and since by now I had the bill at the table but still had not received a full meal I had a legitimate reason to expect onions with my steak. At the end the choice came down to eat the steak hot without the onions or cold with the onions. When the manager brought the onions to the table he said the delay was due to the fact that the fellow who was cooking the onions was sautéing green onions. At the check out the fellow who received payment for the meal failed to make eye contact or even say thank you once the bill was paid. I am giving them 3 stars and they are all for our waitress Bee who did all that was within her reach to make sure I did not leave with a bad experience or a negative impression of the place but the leadership left a great deal to be desired.
Our experience was amazing, our waiter (Nick or Eric I can't remember) was wonderful. They were busy from the church crowd but he was still very attentive and fast. When I visit GA again I will definitely be back!
After waiting almost an hour in the crowded waiting room of country music hell, we were finally seated. Our waiter wasn't friendly or attentive to us at all. After finally getting our breakfast, I looked down to find a black hair laying in my eggs. Brought this up to her and she didn't even apologize just shuffled off too tell her boss who quickly brought me a new plate. No apologies from her as well. Trying to get drink refills and our check was also like pulling teeth. Not to be that guy but its very frustrating seeing your server be pleasant and courteous to her other tables of the same race but be treated like we were an inconvenience. Especially when they were seated after your. Sad thing is we've never had this problem at other cracker barrels. Just this one. And its not the first time either. Like the town of snellville, this place is a joke.
