Didn't eat anything but what caught my eye on their marquis sign was they serve Blueberry milkshakes. Ordered one & was impressed with it. The flavor was great. The shake has real blueberries &; what I believe is blueberry flavoring. I will visit Cook Out again. They serve hot dogs, hamburgers, & ;I believe,also chicken & seafood. To get more familiar with what they serve you will need to visit their website because they don't have any pamphlet or menus to go.
This is my last time ever coming to this place. If i could give it zero stars i would. If you have hearing loss or any type of disability i strongly encourage you avoid this place. The staff is absolutely NOT disability friendly.I came in on 5/28 to place an order inside. The person taking the order had a mask covering his face but was asking me questions that i couldn't understand due to my hearing loss. I explained to him that i can't understand what he is asking me because his mask is covering his mouth. I expressed that I read lips so i needed to see his mouth in order for me to understand him.He proceeded to talk louder (through his mask) and started laughing when i told i wasn't understanding what he was saying because his face was covered.I don't find anything funny about someone not understanding a question especially when that person is telling you they can't understand you because they have hearing loss.I then explained to the gentleman what to do when someone with hearing loss has trouble understanding him and he proceeded to laugh it off!If this establishment is going to hire the type of people that think it's funny to laugh at a person with hearing loss, i strongly suggest finding other eateries that respect and accommodate people with disabilities. Not only was this embarrassing considering the number of people that were in the establishment, but i felt disrespected!I'll be sure to reach out the manager and tell him about the lack of sensitivity training and awareness from his/her staff!
The experience from this Cook Out is a first. Usually the employees are very friendly. Anyway, I placed my order through the drive thru line for a cheeseburger tray with a coke, a quesadilla and a sprite. When I arrive at the window, I pay for my purchase and the cashier hands me my bag. After watching her take more orders, I waited an additional 2 minutes and she finally looks at me and says, "are you waiting on drinks or something "? Her tone was rude. She looked for my drinks and handed them to me. I told her thank you and she didn't respond.
Pathetic. I order cheese bites as a side and was given a pitiful portion of bites. I go back inside to address the issue and the employee (dressed in pajamas) said that’s the correct portion and said, I could speak with a manager who said the portion (which in previous visits had never been that scanty) was correct, you get six or it throws off their inventory. Well then a conversation needs to be had with all employees so their giving out the same portion sizes to set proper expectations.
Very dissapointed in this establishment & how unprofessional is the management at this location! i ordered 6 chicken wraps & this is what i get? on top of that the girl who served me was very rude & busy texting on her phone, i guess any collage kid or highschool kid gets hired & horseplay around.. definitely lost a loyal customer.
Dropped in for a shake to wake me up for a long drive home. I ordered a malt, but they were out of malt mix, so I went with a chocolate shake with Oreo pieces in it. I guess I should have specified that I wanted a "milk" shake because my shake was nothing but ice cream. I nearly had an aneurysm trying to suck the shake through the giant straw. At least it lasted a long time since I had to wait for it to melt before I could enjoy it.
Milkshakes were great! We had to wait longer than expected for our food. Fries were okay, hotdogs and burgers have been better in the past. Will try them again in several months to see if there are improvements.
This place on scenic hey use to be good but now it is awful. Maybe a bad day but all 5 plates we ordered had COLD HARD fries, and every sandwhich was a surprise because it's not how we asked. My shake was ok but I had to wait to stir it myself to mix in the candy on top. It was edible, my threw the food away.
Very cool spot.Had never heard of it,but got a recommendation and was pleasantly satisfied.Very low prices and very nice tray deal.Very huge milkshake selection (over 40).Try it if you're around.
Im only giving 3 cause the food fresh but j had 2 orders.. ordered a 1/4 burger and Cajun fries..the burger patty wasn't even a full patty..thanks for that..and the amount of cajun seasoning that's on out my fries is crazy
