Ordered my meal online, went straight to pick up shelf and couldn’t find my order. Waited on someone to acknowledge my need of assistance. Several minutes later, an employee found the bag on the shelf without any name. Turns out to be mine. Annoyed by their unorganized skills, I proceeded to pick up utensils. The area appeared very messy. Drink lids on the counter that weren’t stacked neatly, couple forks outside of the holder, along with other touched items that weren’t neatly placed. Reaches out to one of the employees and told him they are out of forks. He went to the counter to clean up. Instead of throwing out the utensils he clearly touched with his bare hands after I witnessed him touching his hair, he places them back into the holder. I’m grossed out and will not be returning.
I ordered online, drove over and then waited in my car until the promised time only to find out there are other online orders waiting as well and they haven’t started on any of them. Isn’t the purpose of ordering online to skip the line? Not wait longer!! I ordered a salad, received the salad, opened it at home, only to find it barely had lettuce on it and the chicken was cold! There is always a problem with something at this location! I’m assuming it’s management because the employees simply don’t care!
Took my daughter to this location after dropping her car with the mechanic for repairs. She absolutely loved her steak burrito! She's never been before today and Chipotle did not disappoint. We'll definitely be visiting again! DELICIOUS. Delicious ?
This is like the slowest location I've ever seen. You shouldn't have to wait in line 30 minutes for food already laid out. They also give you a little bit of portions AND please please get someone who knows how to cook rice. We've been there on numerous occasions where the rice was hard and crunchy which is ridiculous.
My end of the work week treat. This location is always busy, but the line moves fairly quickly. I appreciate the lil fella working the meat, rice, tortilla area. He was very courteous and excused himself to get more rice for his station. The young lady working the area next to him....not so friendly. She seemed like it was a bother to complete my order, and after putting the top on it she just slung it over to the register. The young lady working the register was very friendly and thanked me for my business.
Unable to order online. Visited the store only to stand in line to learn they are a cash only restaurant. No cards today. I had to leave, go get cash, and return for food. Had it not been for my grandson craving this burrito, an absolute NO it would have been.Understanding that issues arise, but the inconvenience was a turn off.

My first time at Chipotle and the service was good. I ordered a chicken bowl and it was good and enough for me to have for lunch and dinner.
Food was decent but I didn’t get time to really enjoy it due to sum kids gunning down the place last night . I might just order DoorDash next time.
Vegetarian friendly options consistently. Queso is not great, and over-priced. And I would appreciate better options for sides. Chips are blah
