My experience today was not great. They were short staffed, out of boneless wings, and our waitress was so busy she forgot to put our order in. My sandwich and fries were okay when I finally got it. I know it's not the employees fault that fellow employees called out or that they are out of boneless wings. Covid-19 has a lot of businesses on the struggle bus. These issues will not keep me from eating at Chili's.
Not a good day for Chili's. They were extremely short staffed. Estimated wait was 1.5 hours and they weren't even crowded. Granddaughter ordered burger and fries. They forgot the fries and brought them after the meal. My son put his order in last and it came out first. Being a gentleman he waited and by the time he started his meal the food was cold. Just not a good experience at all.
The food and drinks here are always amazing. We were a bit confused as to why they were only seating on one side of the restaurant especially with as busy as it was, but we didn’t have to wait long for a table or our food. Waiter was awesome.
Don’t waste your money.I ordered through the mobile app and made sure to call the location before hand to make sure that I got a specific item w each meal that I ordered. The person on the other end of the phone told me that said item was already included and that I didn’t need to choose it through the app (even though the app didn’t even have that choice…) got the food, checked the food and guess what was missing? The one item I called about and was told would be included.I then called the store and a manager insisted on “helping” me but in the end he told me that since I didn’t select the item there was no way for them to give it to me, I explained that I was told that this item was already included to which he had nothing to say back.The food took almost 40 minutes longer than it should’ve and I mean if you are going to take a long time as least get my order correct.Overall management needs to do better and the staff need to know their menu.Won’t be coming here again.
Burger was delicious but corn on cob tasted like mush. One bite was more than enough. Took at least 20 minutes to check out. Machines at table not working. Waitress was great. Really hustling

Don't do dine in. The service is horrible. We were seated at 7:45. It took akmost an hour for our order to even be taken. Once the server took the order it took another 30 minutes to receive the appetizer which were only chips, salsa and quacomole. At the same time we received the appetizers, part of our order came but one person in our party did not receive her entree. At this point in my review everyone has received their meal and EATEN except for her. I repeat DO NOT DO DINE IN!

Maybe they’re understaffed and struggling to find workers like everybody else.. but we waited forever for our chip refills and dessert. Watched multiple people stand at host stand for lengthy periods of time before they were acknowledged

Ordered online, pickup was supposed to be 7:45. Arrived to parking lot on time. After waiting over 30 minutes, past 7:45. Called the store they said they were going to check on it. At 8:45 the food was brought out to the car. Got home and they totally screwed up the ordered. None of the sides were provided, had fajitas and they only provided the meat, no tortillas, or any of the sides with it. All the food that was provided was stone cold.
