I was here on 5/2/22, and ordered a 3 count chicken strip medium meal. Normally when I go to this location, I never have issues. This particular time though the medium waffle fries had seemed to be missing. After the wait in the drive thru, I just expect better. I'm not going to give the worst rating, as I think they will reach out me and make this right. I love Chic fil A, and one thing I be looking forward to is the waffle fries. They cut me really short.
Don't know if the time I went to Chick-fil-A is the perfect time, but no long lines in the drive thru which is amazing and unbelievable. Service was pleasant and honest. I ordered coffee and they informed me ahead of time while I was in line waiting on my order that it would take 10 minutes to brew a fresh pot. I had a choice to wait, choose something else or refund. That was impressive, I have never experienced that before. Usually, any fast-food joint wouldn't tell you and give you old coffee, or make you wait on the side not knowing if I have time to wait, offering a refund or replacement is not an option with other fast-food joints. That in itself earned them 5 stars.

Good training, hiring the right people not just anybody. Now if only they would make the peach shake a year round thing and add the spicy chicken back to the breakfast menu .
The food is great but the customer service experience impacts this review. It's tiring to have to drive back to chic fil after placing an order checking the bag seeing the number of boxes and fries to match the order but then you get home and realize that the wrong food is in the boxes. Then you have to drive back out there to correct the order. This is the 2nd consecutive time this is happening.
The food at this location was amazing and the staff were very attentive. I appreciated to know that you could actually sit in restaurant to eat unlike the one in Lithonia on Turner Hill. I was surprised that customers were able to order inside as well as eat. Again, the staff were awesome and will return soon. No longer will purchase food at the Turner Hill location. Maybe they are not open to serve customers inside because it serves mostly African Americans. So sad. Keep up the good work!
This Chick-fil-a is amazing. Speedy drive-thru, and food is always fresh and hot. I never have to wait so long just for food. I've did online a few times, and it's the same exact experience!

Just can’t ever complain about chick-fil- A such a well organized place. The fastest fast food chain, and three times as busy!
Food is great. But the line to order at any time is usually long since the restaurant is located on the corner of highway 78 and right across the street there is a Quick Trip gas Station. I will suggest to order through the app but even then go there expecting to wait a few minutes extra bc of the heavy traffic.
Always good. From the time they take your order efficiently to the time you receive it. The Best chicken ever!
