Wow!!! I would give it zero stars if possible. I just went through the drive thru the young lady drop fresh fries. She gave me my total and I asked if she'd just dropped fresh fries, I asked if I could have those instead, (because she had already started preparing the old fries) She replied yes then when I handed her my card she snatched it out of my hand. I simply canceled my order and drove off. I would suggest that you guys have more customer oriented team members work the drive thru.
They literally closed while I was in the doordash line. I was still one car back when someone came out the door and I asked if they had closed he told me yes,after me waiting 30 minutes in line! They let 7 cars go through on the regular order side! So please explain why my customers got nothing and I got half pay because of them!! I will avoid this store at all costs!!
Food isn't bad, but whenever the blue haired girl works good luck actually getting your order taken. Sat in the drive thru over 2 hours before close waiting and she even popped her head out before hiding inside and even came up to sip on her shake when I was waiting at the window.
Everything was perfect, however I was concerned as there seemed to be only one woman in there working on all our food. Consider us being the only ones in the "pick up" lane while ~4 were in the drive through. The place had a poster saying they were hiring, but jeez. I hope the worker is paid well.Besides that, it was awesome service and the order was correctly served.
Ordered four lunches, drove out back into the busy highway, went 3/4 a mile down the road we're missing one entire lunch. Drove all the way back in the traffic and explained what happened, drove up to next window and said that would be $9 plus change again? Why? They just didn't give us the other order. Why should I have to pay for it again? That was crazy. But they did give us a sandwich, no French fries, no drink, drove away. Never going back simple as that
This location has always been pretty laid back and pleasant in my experience. Times I thought there would be an issue; it did not go that way at all. I am shocked to read other people's commentary, and I wonder if they are just too consumed by today's rapid society to respect a more laid back environment. Not slow, mind you, just easy going.
I had not eaten Checkers in 3 years since moving to Georgia from Michigan. The Buford meal was fresh and fries were hot. The only issue is they didn't have enough employees staffed. The wait time in the drive thru was 13 minutes. The staff was polite and professional. It's all good.
Why Checkers? You were our last hope of a fast food restaurant that actually cared about making the customer happy! We just wanted chilli dogs with cheese, ketchup and onions. How hard is that? Please put the LOUD done for 8 hours!
The food was great as always. Unfortunately, they have completely neglected their walk up portion of business. I walked up and noticed that over half their menu was missing, and while trying to figure out what I wanted to order stood there for probably 10 minutes with no one even bothering to pay attention. After that I had to go get back in my car to go through the drive-through to order food, which probably took 30 minutes to get through. I understand that covid affects the number of employees you have in your building, but ignoring walkup business outside the building isn't going to help any.
Terrible! By far the worst customer service in the area. Not my first bad experience at this location but this one tonight definitely sealed the deal on me ever coming back!I arrived 30 minutes before closing time. By the time I got to the speaker. Sat there 5 minutes without even a greeting, dead silence. Pulled forward to the window where there was a worker in clear sight. Sat another 5 minutes or so before she came to the window and said “Im not taking no orders” I told her I’ve been in line for 20 minutes and I gestured at that at-least 3 cars behind me and said they have been waiting as well. She blanked stared and said “I’m not taking orders”. This location is closest to home but after this I will gladly drive further if I have to have some Checkers. Never again will I patronize this location !!!
