First thing, it took a total of 45 minutes waiting in line of the drive through. Our food was cold, the fries cold and so was our Whoppers. The burgers had so much mayo on it and a pile of onions. Very disappointing when you have the feeling to get a Whopper. I am probably gonna drive out of my way to another Burger King, if I decide to eat there again. This is the worst Burger King ever!!!
The manager very attacked me and attempted to run out of the building to physically attack me. I’ve contacted corporate office and the local police department.
The food received today was very good. My family member picked up the food and it was still warm and fresh. We had whopper meals and I appreciate the portion size and flavor of the meal. Definitely the best I have had at this location. Thank you!
I’m so disgusted that I threw my food away. They need to shut this Burger King down! The WORST of the WORST Burger King I’ve been to. The guy worker at the window with the soft voice is rude and doesn’t have customer service skills at all. You can’t order no more than two meals at the window per the sign they have up at the drive thru, so they are not a family friendly establishment whatsoever! They got my burger wrong twice… twice!! Additionally, the worker acted as though I was inconveniencing him for my burger being wrong! Just shut the whole thing down…
By far one of the WORST burger kings I have ever been. The woman taking the order always has an attitude. Today I got to the first window to pay and the kid had his back turned leaning on the window on his phone. I got in the line at 2:50 did not leave until 3:25 and they forgot to give me my drink!! It is not worth it!UPDATE: my burger was raw so I just spent time throwing up my brains out. Thanks for giving a pregnant woman a raw sandwich! I’m going to corporate!UPDATE AGAIN AT 2:15AM: I am hospitalized for the raw consumption. A lawsuit is definitely in order
I have to admit, it's really impressive this place is even open. After almost 30 minutes in the drive thru this evening, and receiving a rude/annoyed tone from the employee at the order box, I just drove off. Reading these reviews makes me realize that this is apparently a very common experience.

I experienced the rudest, disrespectful, most unpleasant experience at this location today. The drive thru line was long and wait time even longer. The sun was beaming directly on us and I couldn't exit the line because the blockage prevents u from doing so once you pull in. The greeting and whole ordeal was rude from start to finish. The employee told me to go home and cook since I didnt like the rude service but not in those exact words. I had 3 kids in the car, still received an incorrect order that looked tampered with and meat was undercooked and looked dirty after going in to request a refund which took an extended amount of time as well. No apology or resolution or acknowledgement. Extremely unprofessional!
Food is fine but the wait is terrible. At least tell the people who are waiting at the drive through to hold for a moment. Workers seem to not want to be there & if that’s the case then get a new job.
This locations management my be trash. The young employees are rude and act like they can't talk. The last time I went on 1/21/22 at 830 pm they said there system is down And can't take orders. Not a surprise. One of the worst locations
