Weve been here for 30 minutes and the line has barely moved. Theyres only 3 cars here in total and not many people in lobby. Something must be going on for the wait to be so long. I dont know if you guys are understaffed or your managment has failed to train them but the managment needs to be more responsible and involved with their employees-

I wish I could give this negative stars. I used to go over here all the time when I was in high school, and it was usually ually pretty good. However they have progressively gotten worse over the years Tonight I was in the car with my father. It took at least 5 minutes for someone to answer the drive through. We pulled around and there was nobody at the first window. We went to the second window to pick up our food. The diet Pepsi was so nasty, it had a sprite aftertaste. When we go home we noticed that instead of the bacon cheeseburger, we were served with two cold pieces of meat with no bacon. Also the fries where cold. This place either needs completely new staff and management or needs to be shut down.
The worst place to ever go here in snellville. The front lady when I came in yelled out in front of customers IT'LL BE A MINUTE TIL I GET TO YOU. I looked around thinking she was talking to someone else but it was me. I was embarrassed. Me and my sister had ordered online orders. We were waiting in line patiently but my sister thought she would just let her know we had online orders and told her CUTTING ISNT GONNA GET YOU ANYWHERE WAIT YOUR TURN. when she saw us waiting patiently. Then when it was our turn she walked away and started taking care of the drive thru she never once looked at us we waited 20 mins. We felt like we were judged the minute we walked in. And emailed corporate and they said manager from that store will contact me why would I want her to call me. Since she said she had no name and to go ahead and call. Worst place.
It was about 6.45pm when I entered the dining room to order some hot food and warmup after my chilly walkabout. As I removed my gloves and began to claim a booth, an employee said the dining room was closed and wouldn't even let me place a takeout order. Looks like I'll be having canned soup for dinner tonight instead.
The whoppers look like they were made 2 weeks ago. And they didn't taste very good they were cold no lettese or tomatoes or onions. And what was on my whopper looked like it has been left out and a month old. Burger King needs to just fold up and go away.
This place is just freaking pathetic. 25mins in a drive thru line where only one person was in front of me. The manager of this place should be fired. Why is it so hard to get good help? They want $15/hr but perform their jobs a**.
They drastically need help, looks like doing best yhey can with what they have available.
