Love bojangles just not this location,tried several times and always the same end result. Wrong order, long wait and they don't care. I'll take my business elsewhere rather then support this joke of a business. I mean last time I tried they didn't even have coffee and when I asked she tells me she doesn't have filters lol yeah I'm out. Just the basics, listen To my order and make it, plain and simple.
Visited at 2:50pm on 5/03/22. My tenders and fries were undercooked, the fries weren’t seasoned at all, my drink was watered down like they need to change it out. After waiting in line for damn near 20 min for my food, I thought it would at least be cooked thoroughly. I threw the whole meal away, wasted my lil money. The lady who worked the drive-thru was kinda nice…but I didn’t get any napkins. This is my second time being disappointed at this location. I’m not going back.
I will never go to this location again! When I pulled up to place my order, the woman taking my order kept cutting me off to talk with another coworker. She would then come back to me after a few seconds, and ask me my order again. This happened about six times. When I got to the window, the woman had a disgusting attitude. I waited at the window for almost twenty minutes for my food. I only live about 5-7 minutes from this location, but my food was cold when I got home. Again, I will never return!
Stopped by Thursday evening to order my favorite Steak and Cheese biscuit. Was told that “We are not doing breakfast right now”. I said that the menu board said “Breakfast all day”. She replied “ you don’t understand, we are not doing breakfast”. Never going back to this location again.
Bojangles fire but this place sucks. Lines always huge. Like why am I waiting 20 minutes for some FAST food in a drive thru. Anyways. They run out of chicken by like 7:00 a lot of times. Tell me how a chicken place runs out of chicken?
Please close this restaurant down to make room for something else hopefully with people that care. 1st car in line at 7:30 in the evening waited 15 mins for old food. Said they didn't have mash potatoes but old mashed potatoes found they're way in the bag. Chicken old. Waste of money. Too many lil kids in the building just collecting money and for what? GROSS AND ALWAYS LONG WAIT!!
I came through the drive-thru and saw the lady that was bagging food did not have gloves on so I asked to drive through lady why. So she told the bagger that I asked and she got an Attitude going to stay out loud Who Asked That? I hurt her in my car and that was very unprofessional for her to get a attitude because she was the only one that did not have gloves on. Even if she is just bagging the food anybody that touches the food should have gloves on. And I hope the manager see this she was a dark skin girl with braids.
I was served RAW chicken. called and no one answered. called corporate they say not their store. called another corporate can't talk to humans. I pray i don't get sick .
TERRIBLE the food the service. Always out of something I don't care how early you go and the wait time in the drive is RIDICULOUS THE CHICKEN OVER BATTERD, DRY COLD NOW YOU HAVE WAITED AND SPENT TIME IN THE DRIVE THUR JUST TO FINALLY GET SOME COLD DRY CHICKEN WHICH YOU WOULD OF THOUGHT WOULD BE HOT AND JUICY FRESH OUT THE GREASE....NOOOOOO.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Date 12/24/2021 time 7.12am...yeah um really from the city but umma use this type work... i said good morning and thankyou to the old 50 year old working fast food biocthc. She didn't respond. The other 50 year old lady making the food had the mask on her mouth not her nose. The other old 36 or 38 year oldb??♂️tc?? chewing gum all over the food no mask.. ill be back in 3 months when yall fired...
