I loooveeee me some Arby's.. even better when i have coupons, ya dig.. But this is a good location.. they aren't busy and the food be fresh. they have some new deals and plus i like the new crinkle fries.. customer service is good with friendly staff.
The service of the young lady serving us thru the window was horrible, she was obviously upset and it showed, our fries tasted like they were refried just to be warmed up. We were going in to order our food but the doors were locked and the sign started that the dining room was open. I feel like it was a waste of gas to sit in the drive thru for what we got. Not a good experience at all today.
I love love Arby's but this certain one makes me not wanna go back. There we two cars ahead and it took forever to take thier orders. When I got there she asked me to wait. 3 or 4 mins later she finally took my order. We were in drive thru a total of 20 to 30 mins. I finally got to the window and the girl took the money after at least 5 mins of sitting at the window. Then she handed me a bag of food which was right but I had to flag her down and get her off her cell phone and knock on the window to get my drinks and straws. She was very rude and rushing us so she can get back on her phone. Then as I start to eat the food it was mushy and cold. But I was so flustered I refused to go back. just find some new people or shut it down that was ridiculous!
I placed an order for two combos, with mine being the second. I asked for potato cakes. Was informed they no longer serve potato cakes because some pencil pusher decided they might get the nostalgic potato lovers in with Crinkle Cut fries. Who does that? These poor service economy employees do not get paid enough to have to witness grown men sobbing over the loss of their favorite potato product. Crinkle Cut Fries, ffs. They're gonna end up just as soggy as your curly fries, because your employees will inevitably drop too many, lowering the oil temp and rendering the timers pointless. You know what doesn't do that? 3 vaguely triangular potato cakes. Hot, crispy and delicious. But no, let's take a steaming dump on years of tradition and start removing things that are part of Arby's identity in the name of some bland, gross ? Crinkle Cut Fries. I canceled my entire order. Not so much as a Jamocha shake. I will miss Arby's. But they committed this atrocity, and there should be consequences and repercussions.
We all loved our food. Friendly service and place was clean.
This place is 9/10 times great maybe even more, so why 4 out of 5, it's fast food and this location is anything but fast. It doesn't matter what time it is, it's always slow. So if you're impatient don't be like some angry self important people and skip this place when your in a rush...
Today I tried to order in the drive thru. I spoke to an older talk black man and proceeded to order. As I tried to order the man kept rushing me and speaking over me in the speaker and kept asking me "what else?". I didn't know he was defensive at first. I at first assumed he was joking so I chuckled but when I went to the window the man continued to be disrespectful. I asked him what was the issue and why was he rushing me. He became very aggressive and argumentative assuming my Hello was stated to rush him at the menu and instead it was a greeting. HE was very defensive for no reason at all. I didn't purchase my order. It was weird and crazy. How is it you can't tell that the word hello was a greeting? And if the hello meant anything negative why not remain professional?
WENT THRU DRIVE-THRU...STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS...FOOD WAS FRESH N HOT...THEY 4GOTZ MY ARBY SAUCE...R MAYBE I DIDNT ASK 4 ANY...IDK...THNX 4 EVERYTHING.
This location is the closest to my home. Went through drive through, my order was accurate and prepared in a timely manner. We enjoyed our turkey and Swiss and the Reuben and our curly fries ? It is conveniently located on Highway 78 close to a red light intersection. Our only negative is the lights were out on the menu signage and the lights around the drive through… when you drive through in the evening with no lighting, it makes you nervous…
I had a caramel cinnamon milkshake, it was very good. The gyro had pretty good taste and was feeling. My son found the chicken tenders were too small and the cheese sticks was bland.
