OMG!!! I never knew Arbys food was so delicious and that they had such a variety! The cheddar and beef is a classic but those cheese burgers are so lovable!!! They have strawberry ? lemonade and some if the biggest deli style cookies ? I have been like 4 times and this is my first week ever eating at arbys in my 36 years on this earth!!!
Came here to grab lunch today and I got this thrown together sandwich and some hardly warm fries. Also as I sat in the drive through I’m guessing the cook came up to the window opened it up closed it right back and started to adjust himself and his pants with the same gloves on he’s preparing food with while the girl in drive through was playing on her phone. I get that it may be hard to find some help but I’d gladly pay another couple bucks for decent food along with someone with a pleasant attitude and cleanliness…..
Horrible.. this is their new wagyu burger for 6.99. No toppings, just drenched with sauce. Poppers were over cooked so much that no cheese was left. Manager overcharged me, then disputed it. Attitudes need improvement. Won’t ever go back here.
When my wife is in a hurry and we are pressed for time. If there is a Arby's around we will go there. I am a older man and Arby's is the one fast food restaurant. That agrees with my system. The food is good and the manager and staff are professionals. They do a good job for a fast food restaurant.
Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes before ordering. Not to mention whoever took my order had a nasty attitude. Lost my appetite
First choice (fish sandwich) was discontinued temporarily once again. Second choice (a salad) was denied as they advised they were sold out of everything except for their basic side salads. Third and final choice was their boneless hot honey wings. They took a while but the wings were fresh. Frustrated that Arby's in general always seems to have an issue with item availability.
Got a med wrap on one day and all the ingredients were put together so you had garden at one end and meat in the other. Asked for extra sauce and hardly had any. Next week got.a med wrap and asked for extra sauce and if was assembled properly but had hardly any sauce at all. Just at this Snellville location. All other locations get it right.

I ordered the spicy fish and fries today from drive through. Got to window and it was a young black brother that took my payment. My goodness, he need to cut his nails or clean it. He had so much black dirt under nails?. I'm not a smoker, but that is definitely a person that smokes and not clean nails. Not hygiene friendly in front of a customer view and the kitchen steps away. Also touching my credit card(that I eventually disinfected later at home). The lady that bought my food to my car after they told me to pull up, was sweet and customer friendly. Fries was horrible though. Cold, stale tasting and no salt. They been under that heat lamp way too long. Super nasty. Definitely threw that out. But the fish was good for my first time trying it. I haven't ate Arby's in 6 years. It was disappointing seeing that guy nails dirty and fries cold, stale and not salted. I'll try again eating in the near future.
Visited this location twice in the last 30 days. Since it opened, I always had good service until recently. The first visit in March 2022 was during the week and in the evening. I sat in the drive-thru line for almost 10 minutes just trying to place my order. I was actually at the ordering board but was repetively told they would be right with me. After waiting 10 minutes and my order was still not taken, I drove off disgusted.I decided to return the next day, this time during early lunch hours. My order was taken at an acceptable time, however, when I received my food, I noticed the fry container was half full and they were cold. In addition my beverage cup was also not full, with what appeared to be about 1/4 to 1/3 of the cup space left empty.??Needless to say, I will NOT return to this location anymore and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor customer service and poor quality of food items. Very disappointing but there are too many other food options in the area. BYE Arby's in Snellville!✌?
