The 2 stars are for the kind server. He was the only saving grace. The table was super sticky so, I wiped it down with a napkin and hand sanitizer. When I was finished the napkin I was used had gone from white to BLACK. It was filthy. I wanted to leave but, I decided to lay out napkins on the table and tough it out. That was a mistake. When the food came it was terrible. I sent it back, paid for our drinks, tipped the gracious waiter and left. I will not be back.
Restaurant was clean. Server was welcoming. Food arrived at a decent time. 1st time visiting this location. I 1st ordered the cajun pasta, had to return it due to it being cold & completely nasty. I then ordered the honey bbq boneless Tenders & fries, EVEN that was cold. It was good but COLD. I probably wouldn't visit again due to the food temperature. Serve the food hot; honest question is it difficult to do so ?
Service was efficient, food was good. Cleanliness was absolute nightmarish. The bathroom hasn't been cleaned in I don't know how long. Very dry urine caked on every urinal AND toilet seat, not just the rim. And I saw the bathroom cleaning schedule and picked it up (using hand protection) and took a picture of it. Keep in mind I was there in April. Now the date at the top. Wish I had seen that before we ate...
The bartender was nice. He came to take our orders, but we were not ready yet. So i asked him to give ua some more time. The hostess was HORRIBLE. I guess they were short and she was helping with the drinks. But pretty much yelled and clapped her hands at me while she was talking to me. Which was rude as heck. She wouldn't give me time to get get out the drink order. We just left and I will NEVER come back to this location again.
Tina is absolutely awesome. She runs the bar like a pro and has such a great personality. I will come back with my BF only because of our experience and the level of customer service we received from her was so above par. Thank you!!!
Very disappointed to say the least.We got there and there were not many people there at the time of arrival.The server did not bring menus or provide the scan for menu instructions. We sat there for almost 15 minutes before they asked for our drink orders and waited another 20 to get 2 cups of cold coffee and solid sugar then we waited another 10 minutes for a spoon to stir the sugar into the coffee. Then she asked if we were ready to order having never seen a menu or being instructed that we had to scan something to bring the menu up on the phone. The manager who was standing by heard the conversation and provided 1 printed menu for 2 people. We decided on the 2 for 32 meals and an appetizer, my friend chose the wings. What they brought out was chicken tenders that were as hard as rocks. I was ready to leave prior to placing the order but we were both hungry so I decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves and they used it to sink further.My friend felt very insulted, her actual words were “ do they think we are 6 year olds who can’t tell the difference between the wings and the nuggets?” Yeah, well I cancelled the order and offered to pay for the really bad coffe. The manager was sent to outlets table upon cancellation of the order and said he would cover the cost of our coffee.I took pictures just because I don’t expect anyone to just take my word for it.
Normally I enjoy this Applebee's. This was the first time we had gone in a year and I was very unhappy with the service. We had to wait around front for a good 10 minutes even though there was like only three people in the restaurant and when somebody finally came to bring us to the table they were having a personal conversation on the phone and didn't hang up. We had to wait 10 minutes to order drinks and the person was still on the phone and then my kids would try to order something in the guy was like no you really want this. And then I tried to order a drink and he said no you don't want to regular Margarita you want to strawberry margarita. It was just really frustrating I felt like I didn't have a voice in what I fed myself and my kids.
I'm here this evening with my husband on 2/25 and we came in and sit at the bar where we waited at least 7-10 minutes before we were handed a menu. We then finally asked to be seated at a table where the wait would probably have been less. We were seated by Dasia the hostess who was also kind enought to put our order in because we we clearly frazzled. After Dasia took our order and brought beverages we were finally greeted by our real server. Who was no longer needed. DASIA WAS AND IS THE REAL MVP OF THE NIGHT!!!!! WINNER ?
My husbands steak was over cooked they recooked a new one it was undercooked. The mac n cheese was not mac n cheese it was noodles with some kraft melted on top. I got the bourbon street chicken so mashed potatoes were burning on the cast iron plate
My food was fine but as I was watching the game the manager (I think she was) comes and put her big head in my way as I was watching the TV across from my table. So she tries to turn the TV off by my table. Then she gets closer to my table to get closer to the tv. I thought that was really rude as the restaurant still had 15mins of closing time. She could have turned off the TVs that nobody was watching but yet she came to the two by me SMH. There was no body watching TVs on one side of the restaurant but yet she was on the side that people was still watching.
