You CAN NOT cook chicken halfway let it set and when a customer walk in or call in to place an order finish cooking or re cook chicken salmonella at it finest
The fries and wings were hard and old. I paid an extra $.50 for honey hot but they were just hot. Paid an extra $1 for honey lemon pepper with extra honey. When we got the order it clearly didn't have extra honey. I was told I had to pay extra for more honey. When I showed her my receipt for the extra charge she said that's what extra looks like and if I wanted more I had to pay more money. That's my last time going there. Too many other places to choose from.
Save yourself from this horrible American Deli and go somewhere else. The food is terrible, they can’t get simple orders right and they won’t offer you a refund or a credit after wasting your money. Even before the recent staff/management changes the place was going downhill. Now it’s even worse than before. I wish I could give you negative 5 stars for your lack of customer service and disgusting food.
The food here has gotten worse and today was the worst ever. The fried rice was uncooked too much soy sauce. The wings were not spicy but vinegary .t was one of the worst food I have had in a while.i will not be going back.
I love my school but she need to suspend she rude to everybody but wants to play with them
DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wings tasted old. Pita bread on gyro was hard. Lettuce was dirty. Tomatoes cut extra thick. Just horrible
2nd time you guys have messed up my order. Last time I asked for a few extra ranch dressing and I even paid for it. You sent me 2 ranch less than what I paid for. Today you sent me my order via uber eats which was supposed to have a drink. You sent me a straw but wheres the drink? Uber driver said he wasn't given any drink? So what was the point of sending me a straw? Its not like im getting a free drink from you, I paid for it, so where is the drink? Is it really that difficult to see the receipt and make sure everything is there?
This restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. Currently no dinning in due to Covid. However, my gyro wasn't good..the pitas bread was white as snow, it didn't seemed like it was properly baked, lamb had no taste, no seasoning, it tasted like hospital food! The fry was good and plentiful, overall presentation was nice but the food was just ok!!
Prices have gone up 20% but the meat on the wings has shrunk by 50%. I ordered the 6pc wing combo and they did add a 7th but it still didn't make up for how small they were. Also, none of the staff was wearing masks which had me skeeved out. They no longer offer dine-in eating or public restrooms due to COVID but it's okay to prepare our food without a mask? Makes no sense. Neither does coming here again.
after ordering my food through uber eats, which i do all the time i was shocked when giving my kids some fries and them screaming out theres hairs coming out of the fries. This is unhygenic and no quality control is being practiced here. With further exam of the food an additional hair was found on my celery sticks.
