You can dine in here. So you kind of get a restaurant experience. The prices are a little steep but the food is worth it. It was fresh & hot. Kids meals are free on Wednesdays.
The only thing I like is the Zalads. I had a grilled chicken Salad and it was delicious. Other items are too salty.
Location hours close at 10pm; I arrived a few mins after 9pm. Noticing the line seeming not moving with 12+ (no exaggeration) cars ahead of me and another 5 behind me there’s no way I could reasonably expect to have food and be out of this line in 30 mins. It’s fast food you would think but no that’s too much like right!!!! I called to make sure I did not sit in this line and get all the way to the drive thru only to be told “we are closed or we are no longer accepting orders”. That has happened before at other places!!! ? Trust, I never went back. So I called not expecting anyone to answer. However, if no one had I anticipated kindly getting out of line rather than risk the wait and end up with nothing. Sadly these days just answering the phone…let alone with a little courtesy and professionalism is a lost cause. I have to give 5 stars for answering the phone AND having a practice to ensure everyone in line before store close is served. Because, that’s the right thing to do! ?
Good food, polite employees. For me they added a little too much sauce on the sandwiches. But some people love that.
Waited on drive thru for 30 minutes. Lobby was open only for online pickup orders. Couldn’t place an online pickup order unless I wanted to pick it up the next day. Drive thru girl was extremely rude. And they got the order wrong
Only giving 1 star because I can't give a negative score. Today I was denied service at the register. They claimed that they were only taking drive through orders. Any time I have used the drive through it has been slow, cold and my order has been incorrect. Don't waste your time or your money with this place.
I thought the zaxbys in talladega Alabama was the worst zaxbys but I think this one ties in last place.1. Not getting properly greeted2. Evident lack of maintenance3. Dirty tables4. I was given my food in a takeout bag when I’m dining inThe first thing you notice when you are standing in front of the register is that you are being rained on by an air handler being suspended in the air above your head. Then you have an employee say take out or pickup no hello welcome to zaxbys. The ice machine not work and unfriendly employees. If you want to see how zaxbys should be run go to gulf breeze Florida where the employees have a smile on there face and greet you. Maybe it is bad hiring practices or maybe they don’t pay good enoph to have friendly employees
If the charge for extra pickles works like a hostage situation, I paid the ransom, and I'm ready to receive them now... I guess I'll wait for further instructions.
Zaxbys was 1 of my favorite restaurants to eat at until tonight at 9:02pm. Tameria that was working in the drive thru was VERY RUDE..I said my order 3 times and she still got it wrong when she repeated it back to me smh I told her to give me a regular club sandwich not spicy regular chicken with lettuce tomatoes pickles no cheese & NO PORK!!! IM ALLERGIC TO PORK I told her 3 times make sure my sandwich has no pork she still decided to ignore me & I got handed a spicy sandwich with pork when I repeated 3 times regular chicken not spicy then my sandwich had no lettuce no tomatoes & no pickles which I ordered. When I told her my order was messed up she slammed the drive thru on me while I was talking. Then tried to charge for a side lettuce tomatoes & pickles that should of been on my sandwich. I ordered coleslaw she said there's no more coleslaw do you want fries? When I replied yes I never got the fries she offered. I ordered 3 cookies for $1.99 she rung me up for 3 cookies at .69 a cookie. Her & the rest of the girls she was working with caught an attitude when I asked can I get my food corrected. I don't know what they did to my food but when she handed me my bag she had an attitude and they all was laughing, I didn't even eat because of that. $24 wasted on incorrect food & bad customer service. Zaxbys will never get another penny from me. It's sad how these young girls nowadays think being ignorant ratchet & immature is cute but it's NOT!!! Customer service is not for her & I hope the GM of this location reads my review!!!
This Zaxby’s needs to get it together. Either they didn’t want to take the time to make sides, or the management is so poorly off that they’re not ordering supplies. The girls who run the drive-thru All have snotty little attitudes. You always have to check your order to make sure that it’s correct, because it is very common for this location to be missing items. It’s sad that I never have a bad experience at any Zaxby’s except for this one. If you can go to any other location I highly recommend anywhere but here.
