I'm so shocked by all the bad reviews because I live in Powder Springs so I come here all the time and I never had a problem they're always great with customer service and the establishment is always clean now I've had my problems with alot of restaurants but this zaxbys is not one of them
First visit to this location. Quite a few items on the menu had a 'farewell' sticker, so I'm assuming they're discontinuing those items. The drive thru line moved relatively quickly. The employee at the window was polite. 2 start review because I got the Zalad home and realized it wasn't the freshest. Some of the lettuce and tomatoes were past their time. (I didn't take a picture of each piece, sorry.) I'll stick to my regular Zaxby's on Spring Rd.
Update: They used to 5 stars. Placed an online order at 5:30 for a 6pm pick up. When I arrived they tried to give me someone else’s food. I waited in the store for 40 minutes BEFORE the guy at the counter was like… oh. They’re about to make it now. People were touching their hair and handling food. Someone coughed in their hand. Staff of about 6. No one was willing to help. They were kinda just standing there. Only for them screw up the order and give me attitude about it. The gentleman with the cross earring was so rude and was the one coughing in his hand.Stephen the Asst. Manager finally came up and assisted me with my refund. He wasn’t happy about it but at least he did something.I don’t think I’ll be visiting here for a while. It’s pretty bad now.
I parked near Zaxby's, I dined at Golden Coral. Google assumed I ate at Zaxby's. All Zaxby's need improvements. Use to be a great place to eat. With commitment they can be great again.
Staff was kind and friendly. No long wait for order. Lobby was well kept very comfortable.
We stood inside the restaurant for 15 min waiting to place an order. Then an employee came up and said they will only serve online orders and drive thru. She stated that they won’t take our order and we are not allowed to dine in. The dining room had people in there who just ordered there food and sat down to eat…
I wait with online orders at least 20 minutes every time! Very frustrating! I understand understaff but if order says a time it will be ready, should not require waiting 20 minutes and or more to get food!
update your google. it says dining room open. but you are closed.
I ordered for pick up according to their schedule in the app. When I arrived, it was closed. Have contacted them several times and even though they admitted the error, they have not answered anymore to give me a refund. Absolutely do not recommend.
Yum. Big zax snak is good, the zalad is wonderful... But I just got a big Zac snack last night and tell me why this fry is wired...
