Woof. The quality of food and service at all Zaxby's across the country has gradually degraded to the point where it's no longer worth visiting. This location is no exception. We used to like going here, but not any more. The last time we ate here they forgot to put chicken in my chicken sandwich, but never apologized or even pretended to care.
This is the best Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. Staff are next level and the food is somehow better than the corporate recipe.
Have eaten here past 2 years. This morning I ordered thru Doordash for the 1st time and before 11 am. I got served chicken from the night before! Paid an extra $3.00 to get a sweet tea, and got unsweet instead, which to anyone in the south unsweet tea is death in a cup. Then had to spend 3 hours on the phone w.doordash to get a refund. I don't know what happened at this location, but never have I bit into chicken so gross, so old, and so dried out before in my life, much less from Zaxbys.
Greatest Zaxby's on the planet. Order is always correct. Food is always fresh. Customer service is amazing - always happy to serve. And I don't think I've ever ordered and been able to sit down before my name was called and food ready.

How hard is it to SEASON MY FOOD!!! EVERY TIME I ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! I GET THE SAME TREATMENT! Don't order from their drive through or get delivery, because they will mess your order up in some way like they can't cook or read. And why does my food always end up becoming cold 3min after leaving the kitchen??

this zaxby's has tasty and perfectly salty fries and well cooked chicken fingers. my grandpa takes me and my siblings to this location before we get to my grandparents house. I love this zaxbys'! the cookies are perfect for us a good treat. I think they should be more zaxby's in the world ps this is a kid and my brother.
