My favorite wings. I typically go with the original hot. I’ve tried several other flavors, but always come back to this one. I like that you can mix and match multiple flavors to an order and also the ability to customize the choice of all drums or all flats.
In my opinion not fit for human consumption. This has to be the absolute worst wing establishment in all of Georgia. Fries were old and cold, wings were half cooked. I asked for crispy. Dining area was a mess. please heed my review and avoid.
The wait time is absurd and the people working there don‘t give a single f. I understand making work fun, especially fast food but 40min for wings??? You are really gonna have me stand in your shop for 40min, watching you goof around? First and last time coming here and you should also reconsider if you value your time.
We ordered delivery through the app, driver “dropped off” our food, no record of it, no photo or evidence, number disconnected immediately. We lost $30, store said there’s nothing they can do and wing stop app will not refund or work with us. Store refused to do anything and wouldn’t attempt. Said it’s through door dash and email link and phone link to “rate” are broken and don’t work. Don’t go here and don’t do delivery. I don’t even think they attempted delivery. We drove all over the apartment complex hoping it was a mistake. There isn’t even an OPTION for a refund. Its just theft.
As A doordash deliver I took In a Order for Troy Williams for 15 wings. The pickup time was 6:20..I have patience and understand they was very busy..Order not always ready and Dasher have NO control over thatI sign in and present the name and Waited like other customer.After 15 -20 after seeing other customers and Dasher come in after me getting their orders I said something..The food handlers don't wear gloves. They were touching everything including their sagging pants while fixing food and no mask on face.The manager Bossman that was on his shirt abd had a nose ring was extremely rude..After I respectfully waiting for so long. He told me the order was coming in 4 min..I waiting longer and when I nicely asked him his reply. You Need to have more patience.He claims they had 30 orders and he was going down the linePeople coming in After me got their orders before me.I waited way over an hour and the customer was calling me about their order and they have little children as well.I call the customer and explained and doordash. I will not go back.Doordash gave me a $5.00 compensation.This is why I don't support black business's.If it was his order I was picking up he would've had a'big problem..This is the one in Symrna on Atlanta rd..They don't wear gloves and they was touching everything on themI never had problem before until Now.
I was craving Wingstop chicken as I sat in traffic on 285. So glad I stopped at my favorite location and had the pleasure of meeting Keiona. She is super friendly, professional with the BEST customer service I have experienced. The food was good and the service was even better! Thanks Keiona!
This wing stop is terrible the food I just ordered taste like it was cooked in old grease and they didn’t put everything in the bag. I really go to wing stop for the ranch and it’s never in the bag. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to fulfill orders and make sure the items are in the bag unless these ppl that work here don’t know how to read or something. I be so confused bc it’s always something with this wing stop !
I have seen this place in passing many times but never stopped in. Well I took a chance and I have to say that I enjoyed every minute of it. The food was good, service was excellent, and the place was very clean. Definitely a most go.
My food was hot and fresh !! Big shout out to Keiona very hard working and patient and swift !! She takes care of the customers and staff. It’s very rare to find customer service like this she really was attentive and hard working ?? The five stars are for her
Visited this store after ignoring the previous 'BAD" Reviews. The manager on duty the night I visited (female w/ piercings) was RUDE. I was told it would take my order (15 boneless combo) about 30-35mins to be prepared. It took my order well over 1 hour and 10 mins to be prepared. Boneless wings were NOT cooked all the way through the flavor on the wings was WRONG.Received a call to come back into the store only to be greeted by the same RUDE female manager and Charles the District Manager/Co-Owner and still was unable to assist in rectifying my issue.THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS LOCATION!
