I have been to this store and always had a great experience but this one was different. The GM was there and was so fast an efficient with getting my order.
Came in Sunday had an great experience, food was hot place was clean looks like they did a good clean up.
Surprise the original hot wings very dry...really ? And I order online when arrived another Surprise they don't have fries ......no sauce and my wings and no fries fantastic is 0 stars thanks for make my night bad night ???
Ordered via Uber Eats. They followed ZERO instructions. I had two 8p medium combos. They gave me one box of 16 wings (completely unseasoned) and ONE cold unseasoned fry (I was supposed to get 2 orders of fries with the combos). I also paid extra for all flats and they had drums all throughout both. On top of that the wings weren’t cooked enough, they were flavorless gummy gross! Of course the phone goes straight to dial tone when you call. This location has always been hit or miss. We tried tonite reluctantly and HATE we did again. Highly would NOT recommend.
They are no longer understaffed, ordered thru app. App said 10 min, then order ready. I went to pick up still taking an extra 15 min and they still wanted me to wait another 25 min. The manager gave me attitude when I asked why it said it was ready when it wasn’t. I got my money back. Do not go here no longer great service the previous staff was a lot better, friendly, and efficient.
Poor customer service. Was missing a side item from my online order that I picked up in store and was basically told by the manager that since I left the building without checking my order I was lying about missing a side. Had to pay for another side and was not offered an apology. I have no reason to lie about missing something that I paid for. Will not be back to this location.
The store is dirty. The staff was very nonchalant. I’m not sure if it was because it was 9pm , but one of the staff members even had a bonnet on. ( Not one for cooking either , a bed bonnet.) Very unprofessional.
Wing flavors was wrong, cold fries and chicken taste like grease. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE. HORRIBLE.
Was hungry and didn't have the time to read reviews. I have been here for 55 minutes yet nothing is happening. Staff looking tired and dirty. I think the place should close down. They can't do the business isshhhhheeee
Every time I come here, the website says 15 - 20 minute wait for my order. Wait 15 mins then head over. Every single time they have yet to even get to my order and I end up having to wait an extra 20 minutes. Wings are always waaaaaay over done. Basically hard as rocks.All the drama with staff yelling at each other is so much fun though. It’s like a living soap opera.
