I came in and order a chicken burrito and it was really good. Bryan made my meal and was very friendly, Wes checked me out and made sure I was good before I left. Will definitely be coming here again.
This Willys is absolutely my favorite to go to, from the clean and friendly atmosphere to the quality of the food, hands down is the best. Keep up the great work team!
This location is awesome! I come here every week! The workers work very hard with the customers in line and the online orders. And they still give great customer service and keep their Mannerisms.I hope they are paid well because they work hard.Would give a shout out if I remember their names. I think one guy was name Brian. But I would definitely recommend coming to this location!
This locations sucks. The manager and workers barely acknowledge customers. I came in to get a quesadilla today and the only one who was friendly was the first guy who started my order. The girl who took it off the over almost tore the tortilla cutting it and barely said anything or asked me if I wanted anything else on it. The manager also did not acknowledge my presence. After this experience, I highly doubt I will come back.I see other reviews who had the same experience. This needs to be stopped. It’s the customers who keep this establishment running.
Edit/update: Location was East Cobb. Willys corporate reached out immediately for more details and assured me that managers would begin retraining/coaching employees on how to (and why) clean-as-you-go in the food areas and the importance of not slacking on dining room cleanliness. They sincerely apologized for my negative experience and offered a mea replacement voucher, which I declined as I felt the additional training was more important. I was very impressed with the communication and feel fairly confident that I wouldn’t see this location that unkempt again. I’d never seen it look like this before and I’d been eating there for over three years; good to know it was likely a fluke.Original post:Despite the happy greetings from two of the young employees, I was dismayed that the whole restaurant and especially the food assembly area (employees’s side and customer side) was terribly dirty, as was the salsa bar and the floors. I mean bad - 1) food preparation stations were crusted in old/dried food, 2) same with salsa bar/utensil station, 3) the floors were littered with trash and crushed chips, and 4) most of the employees were oblivious. There was Definitely no adult running the crew of five teens ? this shift. I was really disappointed because I made a special trip five miles out of my way based on previous positive experiences at lunchtime; I won’t drive there for dinner again. Wish I’d taken more photos to send to management because this is bad for business, especially when the economy is bad and a meal out for some of us is a treat.
This location is clean and peaceful and the food is so flavorful as the rice is pillow soft.. the young lady’s were very professional it was this past Thursday the 19th of May and these women made my experience everything it should have been.. unlike sope creek crossing where I experienced things I should have experienced in the heart of Atlanta but I guess no where is exempt.. but back to this location I just want to thank them for treating me with respect thank you so much me and my son appreciate the love I will be back
Super fresh food , the location is very clean and has a friendly staff Wes is the sweetest !!I’m Coming back soon
It's always a tough call between Willy's and Moe's. Depends on my craving really. Willy's food is very good, taste a little more fresh i think. Queso and salsa is ok, Moe's may win there but the freshness of the burrito bowl goes to Willy's.
I wouldn't recommend this place at all , the three female employees had an attitude as if they were doing me a favor by taking my order , they should be remind it that because of the customer they have a job , and that policy of not taking any bills other than $20.00's have to change , my order came out to be more than $40./plus and the young attitude girl refuse to take the $50 dollar bill i asked to see the manager and the guy did the same , also the appearance of the place is really bad it looks dirty , like nobody does the cleaning , i should say think twice before you go into this place .
Best Willy's in Atlanta, hands down. Delicious steak, generous sized portions in the burrito.
