Went there on my lunch break and there was about 4 little high school girls who were highly disrespectful and unprofessional. I specifically asked for my fries to be fresh and upon receiving my meal the fries were soggy and Luke warm indicating they were old. The young ladies also messed up my order completely and charged me for the wrong orders and sizes. The lemonades were hot. Like seriously I've never been to an establishment that served warm lemonade. After I was unsatisfied with my order I requested to speak with a supervisor. The dining area was closed and the little children they had working didn't want to get their boss. Instead they decided to make fun and games out of messing up my order. When someone finally came to the door the child decided to give a fake name in attempts to make fun of the situation as if I'm not spending my hard earned money in their place of business. At least 20 minutes go by and they STILL didn't get their manager. After the manager was finally informed that there is a disgruntled customer I explained to him what happened and that his team was extremely unprofessional, rude, and disgusting. I requested a refund and recommended disciplinary action be taken on these 4 young ladies or their corrupt office will be contacted and more people will be losing their jobs if they don't get their act together. One of the young child girls names was Zontee so if a Wendy's manager or corporate official is to see this then you know where to start. I will NEVER eat at this Wendy's again ? If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude, unprofessional, and disgusting was my experience.

This location has had serious issues lately. Came by and they were closed due to “not having any stock,” called the next day to see if they were open, yes we are open. Roll up to the drive thru- sorry, we aren’t taking drive through orders, please come inside. I go inside, order 2 sour cream and chive baked potatoes and the girl says plain potatoes? No, sour cream and chive potatoes…after some time futzing on the computer she says we don’t have potatoes! OMG!! As I’m standing there, 2 employees come out of the restroom and one is cursing up a storm in front of guests. Get it together Wendy’s.

Drive this cashier has poor customer service. I had ask for straw and why I was waiting in drive thru after paying for my order and hadn't received it she close the window befor I could finish the question . with in Im I waiting I'm waiting for chicken nuggets to cook. 2)How long ? 35second turn to 3 minutes so when the orders was past out. I check bag fries greasy and cold. The bag was sitting in drive t. The whole wait I ask for my money back the and was given. Never had good experience from this location. Management changes all the time hopefully he can get somebody in there and get a great team in there and smyrna's Wendy's can get back to being excellent

Long wait. Understaffed. Wendy's should try to hire more ,maybe if they paid their staff enough they would have more people wanting to work for them. But that goes for most fast food places.

This Wendy’s has absolutely abhorrent customer service. The workers do not care about customers, hot food, order accuracy, operating hours, or just common courtesy. I wonder if they realize they will be out of a job if they continue to operate the way they do.Today we came to the drive-through at 5 pm and were informed that due to low staff they were not accepting any orders today. During COVID I have understood this but with this particular location I just don’t buy it. This is the 3rd time that we have been turned away at this store in the middle of the day. On other occasions we’ve been told that “you can only have chicken nuggets”. And don’t even think about ordering a frosty - their machine has been “broken” for 2 years. A frosty machine must be the hardest piece of equipment on earth to fix!!It would be one thing if they were kind and treated and spoke to customers in a nice manner, but they always speak with annoyance and treat us like junk, an inconvenience that they have to deal with.As we drove away I saw four team members sitting together near where orders are placed. It’s just clear that the staff at this location really truly does not care.Wendy’s corporate needs to sit up and take notice of this location that is harming their brand.

Has to be the worst wendys in existence. I have pulled up to the drive thru and witnessed employees fist fighting eachother, no answer from drive thru after I submitted my orders. Told they don’t sell coffee after previously ordering coffee and it is still on their menu? Recently got fries that were hard as a rock and I had severe stomach pain after accidentally ingesting one of the fries thinking it was a normal fry. Almost broke my teeth. Terrible terrible terrible. Every single order something has been forgotten and trying to get a refund in the app I was on hold for over an hour twice and gave up.

This Wendy’s has a sign “guaranteed hot fries!!!!” The fries were room temperature. Then they forgot my pecans for my salad. What’s worst is they gave me less than half of a salad! I attached a picture. It really looked like someone else could have ate from it. Then the lady with red hair at the window rolled her eyes at me when I brought it back fora refund and asked for the food back like I really wanted it!. But the manner didn’t ask. I heard her say to him that she would’ve got food back. I showed her a full salad from another Wendy’s. I have pictures to show what they gave me. One full and the other isn’t

This location has been renovated after sitting dormant for a few years. With the new reopening I expected all to be exceptional. Idk how the establishment is already at an 89(B) grade-wise but if it's because of the fried EXTRA hard spicy chicken sandwich combo that I had, well I get it. My sandwich felt like I biting into fried Chicken skins on a bun, smh.On another note, the drive thru moved very fast and efficiently.

Completely unprofessional and slow! Door hours have shown open for dine-in for months, yet they’re always locked! Went to drive-thru window and was assaulted by the smell of weed!!!Is that why the doors stay locked, so the employees can sit around and get high all day???!!!???Absolutely ridiculous! Lost my business forever!
