I paid 17.00 for food My dog wouldn’t eat. The food wasn’t hot. The meat was dry and hard around the edges. Tryed to call. No answer and the other number is disconnected
Was trying the new hot honey chicken sammich. It was good! The cashier was nice and personable. Everyone else working there looks at ya throwing daggers with their eyes.
At this particular location it's always just bad! You have individuals at the register. Who don't want to be there? They're not personable at all. They're young and they don't really care about their presence. So when it comes to ordering my food it's just a bad exchange. Then when I receive my food. Obviously the people in the back may have the same attitude, The food is lukewarm. You can look at the burger and tell that it didn't come off to grill fresh. Which ruins the experience of Wendy's because that's what their pride themselves on. But again the people working there don't have any pride in what they do so. Therefore it's a bad experience, poorly delivered food and just a terrible experience. Do better at the hiring processes. Not focus on just getting bodies in but getting people who want to do a job no matter what level and do it exceptionally well that's the problem!
This place getting worse by the week. They never have 2 things to match….they don’t care about service….gave me some half done fries….if the tall light skinned dude from New Orleans not there it’s a wrap for anything good! Too bad I don’t want the breakfast I would only come when her there!
Have only gone to this Wendy’s twice and should’ve learned after the first experience not to go back. My fries were so stale they were hard as a rock, the burger meat wasn’t cooked all the way, and the nuggets were cold. Ridiculous.
Went through the drive thru. They'd stopped selling what I wanted, but the cashier went through how to get it with additions to something on the menu so I left happy. Good staff. Good food
experience @ Wendy's for 9 year's I work in Louisiana and was train by the best, always learn something new being a Assistant Manager,when I decided to come to Georgia I went to apply for Wendy's worst boss ever DM,and GM Mark ,never in the store always running out to play lottery # when we short on staff,taking money out the safe for his needs this is the worst Wendy's I've ever work for, I'm the best @ what I do and I think they torn me down,but I never lost my confidence in myself.big and better future for me.....
Worst Wendy’s ever. Horrible service , rude staff , got my entire order wrong and didn’t give us not 1 drink - we ordered 4 meals! All of the food was cold & half of it wasn’t what we actually ordered! You think they cared ? Nope! Horrible attitudes! I will see to it that this Wendy’s gets shut down! Or fire the whole staff at least … They were all rude. Manager included !

Doesn’t greet customers and won’t apologize for the wait nor thank you for the patronage. Everyone needs training.
