What’s the point of saying you’re 24hours when you close at 11?! Why not update your hours online? Why stare at me when I ask what’s going on instead of communicating to me what’s going on? Why lock the doors but stay inside like you’re working if you’re closed? Just don’t make sense and I’ll make sure to tel everybody not to come here! Just missed out on a pretty hefty order for production cause the doors locked
Jason and Sienna-sp?-- were the best waitstaff we've ever encountered. Yall. We feel like we went and just sat down with FAMILY. Got hugs in the end and prayers said for all. I. Freakin. Love. Waffle. House! Shall I mention that my very particular over-medium eggs (yoke still very runny, whites thorough cooked) were PERFECT?! And the WAFFLE. Sigh. I'd go back to this place just for the staff, alone. Thank yall, for absolutely astounding service and big hearts that genuinely beat for others. WE had a blast...with great, fresh breakfy.. Mom likes the country ham. When ordering Fried eggs over medium ...the whites should not be runny.
The food wasn't as good as what we're use to at the WH closer to home. Cost has gone up too. No surprise there.
We arrived to sit and eat a late dinner. There was a group waiting before us. There were 3 booths available just needed to be cleaned. No one greeted us, no one cleaned the boothes , No One Did Anything!!! Sat there about 5 mins, STILL NOTHING. We left and won't be back!!!!
My first time at a Waffle House. It was a good experience,food was delicious.A/C on one side of the restaurant was really cold and very warm on the other side.
I enjoy the Waffle House on Atlanta Rd. in Smyrna. Right next to 285. It's not the closest but the more friendlier one. Even the cooks are friendly. I love it
This morning I came in and was disgusted by what I heard ! Logan was his name I don’t know what his position is but he started yelling at this lady I believe she was the server and said “N word I’m not cooking S**t” I couldn’t believe he said that with a store full of customers…even if it wasn’t any customers why would you speak to anyone in such a disgusting manner .
I went to 5 Waffles Houses they were all closed. The 5th was open. On Waitress her first night working and she said it might be her last. I ordered $60 worth of food left $20 tip.
Horrible service. Missed 4 items. Took 1 hour. Cold. No apologies. Just terrible. Worst Waffle House out of about 50 I've been to over 57 years.
