I had a fabulous experience! Graceyn was my waitress and she was absolutely amaaazing! Alex was very nice! The service I received was Superior! The food was hot, cooked exactly how I ordered it, and delicious! Lots of smiles from the whole staff! And...Superior Service in a Flash! I'll definitely be back!❤
This place would not allow my to pay with my phone. The manager here took an aggressive stance on paying by phone. When I tried explaining the technology to him, he became even more agitated and rude. Terrible customer service from that guy. Have been coming here for years, and he single handily, in one interaction, lost my business for life.Learn about technology that your customers use and brush up on some customer service skills.
They were so awesome at 3 in the morning for such a big group. The food came so fast AND it was so good. Our cook was Julius and big thanks to the manager Craig. He made sure we were good. .We will be there every Thursday at 3. Thanks for not messing our orders up and the food was so good.
When I'm near Cobb Parkway, I always visit this location. No complaints. They pay attention to their customers whether takeout or dine in.

We walked in and no one said anything. There was tables not occupied but dirty after standing around waiting for 15 minutes we left.

We came all the way from East Point to eat at this Waffle House and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, the food was absolutely outstanding! Miss Kaya and Miss Cici were extremely nice and professional, the greeter of that day Mr. Vincent (I think) greeted us with a smile and was very friendly during our wait to sit down which was only a few minutes. We will definitely be back time and time again. AAA ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
