Horrible. Employees in the location saying they are closed if people don’t wanna work. This establishment is suppose to be 24/7 it’s 3:27am on a Wednesday morning…
I like the folks at this store, always friendly and if you are lucky enough to get the bacon with the order, you are blessed, lol. Big sign over the grill, they have the bacon and yup they do cuz 40% of the time they may forget to add it. Other than that, there attitude makes up for it. Everything else is good to great. If you order to go be sure to confirm your order because they do get busy.
I waited an hour for my order. My server was rude and acted like it was my fault because the took so long. When I questioned if my steaks were cooked medium, instead of the medium well which they clearly were, the server would not take responsibility for it being incorrect. The Waffle House needs to find its way or it’ll find itself with less customers.
Really good people in this restaurant... I went in the morning and Vincent was Awesome. The food was Awesomely Comforting... you have to try the Meat Lovers Porkchops and Eggs!! OMG I would have posted a picture ? but it's all gone!! ? ?
No one greeted me, stood for almost 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me and took my order, then waited another 15 minutes for my food. Felt like I was there for 45 minutes to an hour for a to go order.
It felt like we were imposing by patronizing the restaurant. We were the only ones there too. Although it's only a couple of blocks from our home, we now drive a couple miles up S. Cobb to the next Waffle House where the atmosphere is friendly and the service is fun.
Been coming to this Waffle House for over 15 years. It used to be the best location. Now, it is just horrible. Employees/Managers are terrible and ridiculous. The food is horrible now. Waffle House is general is just not worth going to anymore.
Horrible service!Spent 30 minutes waiting 1 out of the 4 dirty tables to be cleaned. The workers spent more time talking with one another than providing service. If hungry skip this place there’s another Waffle House minutes away. Poor management reflects and trickles down to the service.Thanks to our server Wynterrae for her exceptional service, she was the only one to acknowledge and assist us with cleaning a table and getting us seated.
Really bad place. Me and my son get seated, and we waited for 15 minutes and no waitress came up. I will never stop here again.
