OWNER: Get a bottle opener if you are gonna sell glass bottles!!!Same here on a Saturday to eat lunch. Saw it while driving by to go eat elsewhere, and thought to give this place a try. Good thing we did, cause this place was great!They have a good variety bits of pasta options, and are able to build your own options too. They heat it up in front of you too after. Got our food, and drinks, and cookies later too. We discovered after getting our drinks that they didn't have a bottle opener. Luckily we had a way to open it.The food tasted great! Would recommend to give this place a try.
Came here a few weeks back.. Just now reviewing.. Food was good.. Unique menu in my opinion.. Can get pasta, salad, wraps. So it's good for healthy purposes. Cookies are really big.. This establishment is very clean. Good spot to stop for a quick bite...
This was absolutely a great dish I chosen..vegan friendly..I will be back .. but they need to put a open sign up because they look as if they was closed.. I was going to pull off.. but I got out my car and pull the door open..
This was a nice change of pace! It was wonderful to watch them fix your meal fresh in front of you. The Shrimp Alfredo was very good! I'm looking forward to going back again to try some of the other items.
Coming in on a Friday during what many restaurants consider their rush hour, Twisted Kitchen was virtually empty which became my first indicator of what was to come.While positioning yourself as a wholesome and healthful quick service option is commendable and on trend, the menu here lacks pizzazz and is squarely average across the board. I ordered a custom salad that hit like I made it at home using leftovers and the pasta that came with it was largely bland.Still want to give hats off to a local business giving it their best shot, just would never find myself here again.
The food is delicious but the customer service is off, one of the girls ( short curly like hair with highlights/orange-hair ) is very rude and can use some more training when it comes to customer service. She may even be the manager, I would hate to see the morale of this place depreciate because of poor customer service. This is the only location close to my home, but I can definitely take my business elsewhere. Also, she is the only one that cooks the pasta for literally 30 seconds. I definitely could have been a “Foodie vlogger” or a influencer for food to make my followers aware. I noticed that the other employees EXCEPT her had hats/aprons on to maintain hygienic environment while handling food. If customers complain of hair in their food then that complaint would be very valid. I also do not believe I seen any usage of gloves, I won’t mention no use of masks because the owner probably do not require the employees to wear them. Please do better, and use this as constructive criticism because this establishment has a lot of potential and the “make your own pasta” is a very creative experience.Thank you for reading this. Did a pickup for dinner on Saturday night and it was delicious! The service was great. It was ready when they said it would be, piping hot, and served up with a smile. The menu is quite interesting. We will be going back for sure.
Very interesting place! Pasta is the main stay here, you can essentially design your meal. If you want the Lasagna it is prepared in a skillet with you choice of pasta and seasonings. They also specialize in wraps where they have a wide choice of types to choose from... like I chose the Chicken Salad on a white Tortilla ( wheat and spinach are options too.) Very fresh and clean interior atmosphere. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. They have an outside dining area as well. The Lasagna we ordered was very good. We chose bowtie pasta, which was awesome. The Chicken salad wrap came with a pasta salad or chips. The pasta salad was covered in a vinegar and oil and had olives throughout. The wrap was also great. I definitely think it is worth coming and trying something on the menu. You can eat pretty healthy here or not... lol.
Love what this place has going on. Fantastic menu and love the workers there. I will be back! Can’t believe I never had it before today that is my new go to spot.
