Good spot for quick lunch drive thru speed is fast, food is always warm and not stale. Definitely one of the better Taco Bell’s in the area
Meh. Plqce was clean, it was a zoo. You go in place your own order sit and be ignored Tull it's ready. No labeling, so just open everything and pass it out.
We came in at 9, an hour before close. We showed up with a party of 20. What was ironic is that over the 50 minutes it took for everyone to get food, we were apologized to for the wait. Why? It's almost close, hardly no one was working, the drive through was packed. I'll tell you why: great service. Thank you for modeling that for us while we waited. It was appreciated more than you could ever know after a full, draining day at Six Flags.
I stop here from time to time and the service is typically... adequate.Tonight the service was extraordinary. Drive through was BUSY. Plenty of customers in line. But James' warm demeanor poured right through the drive thru speaker. He was attentive and thorough, yet efficient. He treated us like we were the only customers in the world, but kept his drive thru line moving.What I loved the most: Many drive thru employees follow up every item with, "Is that it? Is that it?" This makes me feel RUSHED. Instead James asked, "What else can I get you?" Love it. And he repeated my order.We were in and out fast, and our order was correct. Thank you for a perfect experience James! We'll be back.
This Taco Bell location is NO JOKE. The staff is on point with your order, and the food was fresh. The drive-thru attendant, James, had the right customer service skills, with the right touch of southern hospitality to makes you feel welcome. His efforts are applauded; ‘cause the level of service he provided was exceptional. I will continue to drive 6 miles out of my way(W. Midtown) in order to give this particular location my business.
Excellent crew❤❤❤❤i came through drive thri 3/4/22 at this location fast, food fresh, and good all the crew on poimt greeted me and thank me they got my order right had all utensils in bag and napkins this crew really cares about services and food i would give them 10 stars if i had the option the time i came here was btween 2;15 pm 3;00pm ty again...Keep up the awsome work
ordered from the kiosk - got 2 chipotle black bean chalupas, 1 cruncwraps with blackbeans, fiesta burittos, and side of creamy jalapeno sauce - 2 chalupas wascold with no chipotle sauce, crunchwrap hardly any blackbeans or nachocheese sauce(very dry), and fiesta blackbean buritto - no guac, no chipotle sauce, just sloppy overall. Had guest walking in complaining of incorrect and missed items in their order. They had staff was not busy just mismanaged. I recommend dont place large order (1 or 2 items) but multiple small orders - makes it easy for staff and ensures quality.
This taco bell is one of the worst on the west side of Orlando. Staf is rude and that includes management. Food is not fresh and skimpy for the high cost.
t.bell is a frequent stop for me and i’ve gotta say this experience was one of the best. the person working this afternoon spoke in a way that made me feel like we were friends and the food was great and neatly wrapped. wish this location was closer to me
The cashier at the drive thru window at around 9:15 am on today 12/9/2021, was very rude and had an attitude. She does not belong in any job related to customer service and serving customers. I will be happy to discuss with higher management what happened this morning. I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell. This cashier really needs more training on customer service.
