Our first and last time coming to this location. We sat for over 11 minutes at the online order pickup drive thru and was completely ignored the entire time. Meanwhile the regular order line was a consistent stream of people ordering and leaving.We ended up pulling up to the window after being ignored for so long. The mail in the coffin was after we pulled forward the man behind us in the same line was immediately tended to.Once we finally got to the window the employee didn’t seem like anything was wrong. Thankfully we are forgiving people but it is no longer fast food when you wait 26 minutes to get it.
This is the worst Taco Bell! When your not getting the wrong things you’re stuck in a line wrapped around the building they will lock the doors so even when u make a mobile order to pick up indoors you will get stuck without warning in an unmoving drive through line. Hey guess what when you have a Taco Bell next to a stadium you gotta pay your employees better so they stick around!!any time there is a game you should do yourself a favor and go any where else!
Order was so wrong, incomplete, no salsas and not even meat in the chalupa, at least my dog liked it, check the pics …I wish GOOGLE had a -1 as a star so I can take it away and give it to Del Taco up the street???Next time, When the drive through asks me what I want to Order… might as well then them, “ What ever you think you can get right ❓???
Pulled into drive thru at 9:30PM and after waiting 30 minutes to get to the speaker to place my order, I was informed they had no food except for soft and crunchy tacos. I just waited for 30 minutes and now I’m stuck in the line and can’t leave. They had no one informing those of us waiting what the situation was in the store. And they did nothing to help make this bad news better. Things happen. Sometimes food runs out. But there is a way to handle this that keeps the time of the customers in mind. I gave a one star review because unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened. This store runs out of food for some reason. Hours before close. And they don’t inform us as customers. It’s always a risk. A risk I’m unwilling to take going forward.
The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I’ve ordered through mobile app multiple times and they have never ever met my expectations. Tonight they simply told me they would not make my food even though the app said it was ready at 10:30 PM. It is now 11:50 PM and we’ve been sitting here since 11:30 PM. Mind you they don’t close till midnight. The manager was plain disrespectful and derogatory when talking to me. I will gladly say I am a loyal Taco Bell lover but this will make me rethink any future interaction with this store. Gosh ugh it was the WORST!!!!
They charged $1.40 to add onion to one chalupa. I wasn't notified that onion were extra. They didn't have sour cream! When I received my order,there was no onion or sour cream. When I asked about it. They guy said ,"They didn't tell you we were out of sour cream?" Apparently not sir or I wouldn't have wasted my time ordering. And then had the nerve to ask if I wanted my food remade.... bless his heart....just want my money back boo.
I had to update my rating from a one to a four the manager Ken called me and apologized and made things better. I appreciate the good management and service. Thank you!Food is decent when they have everything. The last few times I’ve been they will say they are only serving soft and hard tacos. Wth Taco Bell!

Check your order before you drive away!!! I ordered a bean burrito and steak quesadilla with extra steak and add onions. The Quesadilla had all the steak in the center and none in 3 slices at all. Center-loaded. The bean burrito only had beans in one side. See pic below of what it looked like unwrapped. Horrible product quality. Order taker was friendly
The most unprofessional taco bell I've ever been to for eating in the past. Went for a late night meal around 10:30pm. This location is drivethru/mobile pickup only and both lines were extremely long. As soon as you get close to the building, you cold hear the personal music from the kitchen bumping louder than the company that's played in rest of the seating area. The employee taking orders sounded impaired and even denied a pick up order being given directly to another customer upon its completion by another employee for some unknown reason delaying that transaction being completed. The request for 'no lettuce' was not followed even though it is listen on the receipt. None of the food looked like it was supposed to look compared to any other of the same taco bell item I've ever ordered in the past. Not only were they missing many normally ingredients like potatoes for the cheesy Fiesta potatoes or even hot sauce, they included napkins that were obviously from the bathroom of the restaurant. This experience was horrible. I'd give it a 1 star however it seemed that most of this was the issue of the inexperienced manager on duty at the time. The mobile order unit line was not used properly resulting in cars having to back up from it and go inside to wait for their order too. Easily the poorest ran taco bell I've ever been to for eating and I've been to some pretty weak locations in the past.
