The door said open until 2 am. I showed up at 12:30 am and saw three employees standing outside talking. They opened the door, went inside, and locked the door behind them. Corporate should be notified about what’s going on. I’d put zero stars if I could!

Can I leave 0 stars?! Worst Taco Bell ever. I just spent 30 minutes in line to be told “we’re now closed” AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING. No courtesy to come out and tell the long line of drive through customers. The last time three times I visited, they couldn’t get my orders correct. My Mexican pizza had two types of beans. Black beans on 1/4 and refried on 3/4. This place should be closed down for their incompetence and complete lack of customer service. I’ve given it enough tries, I’m done.

Workers took about 2 orders at a time when there was a whole line and then fully did both the orders and sent them out. then proceeded to wait to take my order and weren’t working with any effort. Don’t understand why the owner and manager allow this to happen. Horrible service and do not plan on going back to this Taco Bell unless they are removed from the sight bc that’s pathetic work habits.

Chalupa zerrroooo beef order extra beef. Not a disappointing amount. Absolutely none. Beefy 5 layer burrito. Ordered extra beef. Came with zero beef as well.

While making my order the girl was rushing me and on top of that I got to the window and said they didn’t have change for bills and at the end my order was wrong. They really need to take into consideration who they hire because they have this people running the register with the wrong attitude.

11:44 pm they’re just in there laughing drive through is literally stopped. Been here for 20 mins and the only time I move is when the car In Front of me is tired of waiting and leaves! Definitely need a night manager because it’s never like this during the day

I have no idea how Taco Bell (especially this one) manages to consistently under deliver on their already low set expectations. I ordered via the app 30 min prior to arriving, I sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, only to pull up and be told they were closed due to short staffing. I asked why the line was moving so slowly if they were close and was told they were still serving door dash customers. When I clarified as to why my card had been charged I was told to call the 1-800 number. When I asked if they could somehow clear the line so I could leave I was met with rude disregard. Another employee then came on the intercom to tell me, "it is what it is" - I was completely stunned, not only by the lack of service, but by the utter disdain these employees have for customers. There was no apology, there was no feigned sympathy, just a get-over-it attitude with blatant disregard for anyone else's time or inconvenience.

Typically, I can't say much based on the selection, but wow, what a rude lady at the drive-through. Said they closed at 2am, but I arrived at 1am then suggested they only take Uber and door dash pick ups that's ridiculous. she was cursing and overly rude.

They made a mistake in our order and they re did the whole order and did it wrong again. Literally tastes like trash . Never coming to this taco bell again in my life . IF YOU FEEL LIKE EATING WORST FOOD THEN YOURE WELCOME HERE.

We waited in line for 24 minutes the first go around in the drive through for a mobile pick up order. Only to discover that the order was wrong on multiple items. Afterwards we had to wait in line another 30 odd minutes for the messed up parts to be fixed, resulting in half the food being cold. Took almost an hour to get a wrongly made order.
