The drive thru employee was rude never spoke one word to me. My onion rings were supposed to be large but it was half empty would've asked for more but was trying to get to the Cobb Energy centre for an event.

The customer service was very rude and unprofessional. I pulled in at 11:30 and an employee pulled the cones out right infront of me. I told him that I have to get a meal for my son who is getting off work soon. This jargon speaking employee (caucasian with shoulder length hair, smoking a cigarette) told me to "go to McDonald's then" rudely. I never do reviews or get angry at service workers, but this man has me furious. I will not be coming to this location ever again. The employee said much more intolerance jargon, but that one statement is what really got me upset. People have no consideration for others . Stake and Shake should update their hours online if they are stopping orders before the closing set time of 12AM.From the previous reviews I see that unprofessionalism is a thing here. I will be the "Karen" and report this franchise to the corporate service department.

I never leave reviews, but Sunday, June 19th 2022 at the Steak ‘n Shake location at 6:15pm I had the worst experience in a very long time.I understand not to expect much at a fast food franchise in terms of quality, but disrespect is another. We ordered our usual order with no issues, however when we got to the window and decided to add another item, we hear a lady in the back talking loudly “under her breath” passively aggressively saying we don’t do at window orders, with inappropriate language and mocking us as if we don’t hear her. the front window woman continues to charge us for the added item. We receive our order and we don’t get everything we asked for, we proceed to kindly ask where the other burger (maybe they forgot because it was busy). They proceeded to insist that everything’s in there as we handed the bag back (they didn’t even check) and we asked for a receipt, a white woman came back from the kitchen and proceeds to disagree and argue about our order instead of simply taking our order again or tell us what she did under her breath. That you “don’t take orders at the window”. The communication wasn’t there, we just wanted our money’s worth or a refund at this point. We also hear her in the back saying we’re probably complaining about the up charge of milkshakes ($5) as if we don’t have money or can’t afford fast food. We were then charged again for an item that we didn’t order (a side order of fries). At this point we thought it wasn’t worth it we just said forget it. Just to see our original orders were incorrect on top of that.I loved this location, but we noticed a change of staff today and management with a completely different vibe. We won’t be coming back ever again.

Never going back. I’ve never met a manager with such a foul mouth screaming at the other employees. Ordered 2 burgers, 1 fries and milkshake through the speaker then at the drive thru window, asked to order 1 burger and 1 fries. Was told yes and price went up. Gave my card and then shortly after, white female manager starts screaming “ we don’t do orders at the window” along with other things so I could hear. Food comes out and it’s 2 burgers, 1 fries and milkshake.. I told the cashier we’re missing the 1 burger and 1 fries and they kept insisting that was all. I repeated my order and they said I needed to pay another 2.11 and handed me fries. Obviously still missing the burger, I asked for a receipt and they kept screaming it was everything. She also said “they’re complaining about an up charge as if they don’t have money”. We ended up just driving away because it wasn’t worth it and think she just didn’t want to make it because we ordered at the window. Clearly, they knew we ordered another burger and fries at the window because she gripes about it but refused to give it to us. Very disappointed with the service and extremely unprofessional manager, she honestly needs to be retrained with some manners.The burger we ended up getting wasn’t suppose to have onions either and it did. Been going 2x / week and ever since the past couple visits that lady is always screaming and the food quality went down and our orders are always wrong. Just don’t waste your time coming anymore.

Awwwww Maaaannnnnnn!!!!There guys got it,, man my double steak burger was so on point,,,,OMG!!! if u go to any other burger joint,, and u r by this steak n shake,,U backwards,,, man evey time I come here my food is hot,, ready and sandwiches be juicy ,, and the staff is GREAT as well. It's a reason why they get the business,, the food is GREAT.... stop by,, u'll b satisfied

waited MORE THAN 1 HOUR no one got out Order and finally when we got to the cashier window he said that they weren’t doing milkshakes anymore, and it was 11:40pm, that is just unbelievable!! The man that was supposed to get our order was really unprofessional.

I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK, NOR AN EMAIL FROM CORPORATE ABOUT MY COMPLAINT ?I went into your Steak n Shake at 2736 Cobb Pwy in front of Silver Spot Cinema and but the Braves Stadium in Cobb County, GA.Amanda a dye red head white woman. Was very rude. Saying I was dumb and could not read bc I did not see the self service machine that said cash on it.When you come through the door into the restaurant it’s two machines on the counter. So I went straight to the machines I seen. When I completed my order I Did not see where I could get a receipt to pay for it. So, I asked an employee who stated it should’ve been in the screen. I told her it wasn’t. It just said pay now and I pressed that button. The employee went to the back to ask the white lady in a red shirt how do I pay with cash. I heard the white lady say they are dumb and can’t read because it was on top of the machine which was behind me “coming through the door It Was on my left side back some on the wall.I asked the employee who came back to me to tell me which machine to use did she just call me dumb. The employee said yes just over look her. She always saying rude remarks to the customers. I told her no I’m not going to over look it. Tell her I want to speak with her. So the employee goes and her the white lady. I asked the white lady. Did you say I can’t read and I’m dumb? She said no I didn’t call you dumb I said THEY ARE DUMB meaning everyone who comes in and ask the same question is dumb. I said so you’re calling me dumb because I asked the same question. I can read and I’m not dumb. I also told her she had bad customer service andI will be making a complaint. She the white lady said that’s fine. I don’t care my name is Amanda.

Food is pretty good even if I asked for no lettuces no tomatoes and no bacon on my cheeseburger. Please pay attention to details with the orders.

I'd give 5 stars if they didn't use Kiosks to replace the hosts. Other than that it was quick service and food was great. The tables were a little dirty but not nasty.

HORRIBLE! I called to see if strawberry milkshakes were available and the girl was very rude. Her response was “we don’t take orders over the phone”… I then asked the question again and she hung up in my face. Whoever was on shift 5/1/2022 at 3:30PM needs to be consulted about her poor customer service. If you are not going to answer a simple question, DO NOT WORK WITH PEOPLE
