Was drinking my pineapple refresher and a long piece of hair from the drink went into my mouth from the drink. I am all the way grossed out. I spoke to Billy and he seemed to not care...And this is not the first time.Last time they gave me the wrong sandwich. This is so disgusting. And I'm really upset ?
This location is closest to my home but there have been #several times where the barista(s) are not reading the drink labels (when ordered online) and my drink has been made incorrectly. For example: a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino has #crunch - again, I had NO crunch. ? If I wanted a regular caramel frappuccino I would’ve ordered that! I didn’t realize/had time to correct due to needing to get to work
My mother and I went to this Starbucks just to get a small coffee with sugar. I’ve gotta say that this was not a good experience. We got in the drive through line and waited a good 15 mins before we got to order. Getting to the pay window took another 10 mins. And when we finally got the coffee, there was no sugar to be found. When I was in line waiting I actually went into the store and I saw that some employees were trying to do there job, and there were others that were slacking off. Overall, this might just come down to poor management, but I must say this was not at all a pleasant experience and I lost precious time only to be dissatisfied. Plus there’s no Wi-Fi in when your waiting on line.
I love the staff but they are so overworked. If Starbucks is going to allow Uber orders then they should hire more staff or open an Uber commissary. It's not fair to those of us who want to actually visit the store.I'd recommend that staff here think of organizing for real work rules. Unions are taking off at other stores, and there's no chance a store this busy would be closed. It could only help staff and customers.
After expressing the order being in accurate, one of the employees a young woman making all of the coffees got smart and intentionally. Made me wait. Won't be back. Customer service horrible.
My drinks came pretty fast but I stood there and waited 10 minutes for them to take a chocolate chip cookie and put it into a paper bag. The two employees that were running that side of the kitchen we’re standing there talking and laughing instead of doing their work. They didn’t even warm the cookie. When I asked one of the girls at the other end where my cookie was (nicely) she said that it’s being made at another station and it will get here when it’s ready. It was rude and bad customer service because she should’ve checked with that team what was taking so long to put a cookie in a bag.
This location never fails to amaze me. It reminds me of the efficient of Chick Fil A especially with the outdoor ordering. Julla in the drive thru did an amazing job getting the line moving quickly and orderly. She should be outside more often!
This Starbucks has consistently been the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been through. They’ve never had a single redeeming time. I now drive an additional 12 minutes to a different Starbucks because driving further still is quicker than waiting in this line. I can never figure out why they’re so much slower than every other Starbucks
Can’t really blame the staff, but the layout and orientation of the store make for a logistical nightmare. The drive through line blocks the parking lot and creates gridlock on multiple directions and access points in and out of West Village. Needs a physical rebuild to function properly.
Just had an amazing experience! Shout out to Billy holding down the drive thru line and suggesting the chocolate croissant. And to Bryon for being super nice!
