It’s not cool to make fun of a paying customer’s order, especially when the customer is sitting right there watching you. Especially when you’ve got a line wrapped around the building. You need to be focused on getting the line down, instead of laughing at someone with your coworkers, simply because they asked for 2 extra pumps in their drink. My drink was also wrong on top of that. No point in doing a mobile order if it’s going to take forever and you’re still going to get the order wrong.
This is my third time going into this location. The manager always has an issue. Whether it’s yelling at an employee or just being nasty to customers. The reason I ordered online was to avoid the line. She has just help a man with his order being misplaced. I asked her kindly if she could refund my money I had to go. She told me to get online behind the people who had not yet placed an order .
I was having a rough morning and Milton was so kind and positive. Made conversation easy and had excellent customer service.Milton, if you’re reading this, you could make a ton of money in professional sales!!!Starbucks promote this man!
Grabbed coffee and a bite to eat on our way out of town and the staff was so friendly here. I also appreciate the changing station in the restroom. It's amazing how many places don't have them.
When I first moved to Smyrna, I feel in love with this Starbucks and it’s customer service. However, for the past couple of months I’ve been experiencing a not so great experience. Staff, please ? giving us nasty cups/lids. This is unacceptable! Thanks in advance!
This is the worst Starbucks i ever been I last 25 years. This place make Starbuck looks bad. Please do somethings about this place don’t make starbuck name go down because of this Location. I just wasted $30 my family drinks too strong or too sweet.
Will not be returning to this location. Why do I have to wait a week for an entire drink refund, all because the cashier didn’t hear I wanted oat milk? Instead of them comping their mistake or just simply charging me the extra $.80 cents I had to re-pay another $6.00. A joke honestly.
3/7/22 This location ran out of cold brew at 11:30am on a Monday andI received watery diluted iced coffee instead. The bathrooms at this location were disgusting. Looked like someone shaved their beard over the sink and there was urine everywhere. Gross
This is the second time I’ve come to this location and my only request “light ice”, and I received a cup full of ice. The only reason I didn’t go back immediately but I didn’t realize until I was almost home. It’s the little things
They were out of the tea I usually order, but the barista went out of her way to try and make a replica with the ingredients she did have. She custom made my tea and then when I pulled up to the window she had two drinks ready for me to taste and compare. I told her which one I preferred and took that one. I am so surprised at the service provided, especially since I was on drive thru and I wasn't there only car in line. Amazing service!
