Extremely mediocre coffee from The corporation that caused coffee to go from 50 cents a cup to $3. None of the "food" here is even edible.Most successful yet absolute worst of the Seattle coffeehouse chains that now dominate the coffee industry.
They were closed for no apparent reason or purpose, yet they had "Yes we're open" signs posted and we were able to take our place in queue and walk up behind others who were waiting to have their orders taken by a phantom employee

Had a sign on drive threw window not where you order saying close until 11 AM. So people were sitting in line for a while until 1 customer got out and walk to the drive threw window and read the sign. Not very bright
